A representative was reporting yesterday that some entities still use paper ballots and bypass internet. This means that in a recount, or for any other reason, they are able to perfectly reconstruct the vote.
Haven’t a clue who it was, whether it was a state, county or township.
I yearn for paper ballots return to common use.
I’m unclear about the whole question. What does “accept” mean? Do they just mean they will just say to themselves “I don’t accept the results” and grumble on. Do they mean they will grab pitchforks and storm Washington?
As for the candidate, there are laws. If the margin of error is small enough in a college, he has the right for a recount.
