Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump roasted his rival Hillary Clinton during the Alfred E. Smith charity dinner. Trump joked about the "nasty woman" comment he made during the debate, Clinton's experience, Wikileaks and emails. Trump was boo... SHOW MORE

I dunno who the dude at Trump’s right was but he looked like he was gonna have a coronary several times. I think he turned purple. Layin’ odds that fellow’s right up Hitlery’s south end.
Hillary was the first one to “get it”.
I watched it live, I was cooking dinner, stopped and watched it with a clove of half cut garlic still in my hand.
Loved every second of it. I could see several people were getting really uneasy, Hillary was laughing until about halfway through, then her fake smile turned to a forced fake smile. he got a lot of good laughs, and booed a few times too.
It was so good to see someone finally call these crumbs out for the half baked, two faced slugs they really are. I noticed it got really quiet a few times too. Nobody expected him to come out and be so brutally honest...
Dear Washington,
America is coming,
and they’re bringing Donald J Trump.
She is a real beauty .. and really, really smart.
Did you know that one of the rock and rollers wrote a song about her .. don’t remember who it was ..?? The title of it is her name.
I bet that made your dinner taste even more delicious.
Thank you kindly. I was going to google but having too much fun with these comments. Appreciate you!
I’d love to see an attendance list for this event. From what I could see, the place seemed to be filled with @ssholes.
Reagan was polite with Carter and Mondale, but he didn’t shy away from taking them on either. Every Republican candidate since then has been quite a milquetoast. Trump tonight busted the streak.
I laughed at that, too!
Trump tonight busted the streak.
_______________
What an understatement.
It’s always dangerous to tell political jokes at a dinner where everyone recently had been handed a knife. But, yes, it takes major stones to make a speech like that.
Reagan had a rare gift for the seemingly gentle jab, that got more lethal the more you thought about it and as time passed. He never got down and dirty that I recall, not in public speech at least, but he gave as good as he got in a way that was a little more gentle. At least it was at first. By comparison, Trump’s a brawler and apparently always has been.
Here's a very interesting photo:
I believe this is the first time I've ever seen Hillary Clinton in a public event without a crusty pantsuit.
We cannot spare this man - HE FIGHTS!
The Cardinal said he had a cold -— germ warfare!
Donald does not like germs! (and hates mosquitoes)
I hope he didn’t get sick from the sickos in that room.
Anyone notice the bit about meeting her hard working team? The heads of NBC, ABC, CBS and MSNBC. They are all working overtime!
Carter and Mondale were honest men, mostly.
Gentlemen to fight as gentlemen do.
Carter had a vicious streak, but he was not bought.
Mondale was wrong but decent and honorable.
And the system was only corrupt around the edges at the time. Not the cosmic epitome of degeneracy of today.
It was so brutal, I actually felt sorry for Hillary for a nanosecond...lol
