Sonia Sotomayor said her fellow Supreme Court justice´s comments sometimes left her wanting to dispense rough justice with sporting equipment. “There are things he’s said on the bench where if I had a baseball bat, I might have used it,” the Bronx-born judge said of her late colleague Antonin Scalia on Monday. Scalia was a longtime leader of the Court’s conservative wing, often on the opposite side of Sotomayor on issues such as gay marriage and affirmative action after she was appointed by President Obama in 2009.

So should the media’s “Trump rule” be applied: insist that Sotomayor resign and every Democrat repudiate her, because she assaulted Scalia with her thoughts (and now her words)??
Ginsburg and Sotomayor are both left-wing female justices on the Court, but Ginsburg and Scalia got along well and were friends. Ginsburg was not an affirmative action pick.
Her roots appear to be more Aztec than Hispanic.
I wouldn’t be surprised if she contemplated cutting Scalia’s heart out after braining him.

So typical of most liberals, no class and a propensity to violence over stupid stuff. I have a co-worker who is a commie and his wife is as well and long story short me and another co-worker take this guy out to lunch on his bday and he always invites his wife to come along.
She is against guns and firearms but the entire time asks me about them and CCW and I answer her honestly and point out misconceptions she has. Then she says well I could never own a gun because I would get mad and shoot someone over something stupid! To which I replied if you can’t control your temper, no you don’t need to own a firearm and went on to explain that with a CCW you have to control your temper, you have to deescalate situations and remain calm or risk legal repercussions, walk or drive away if you can.
After all this is said and done about how she hates guns she looks at me and says, when will you take me shooting!

Exactly! Affirmative Action, by definition, is the racist notion that minorities are too stupid to compete base on merits. It’s MLK’s dream urned on its head.
