This has been bugging me for a couple of weeks now, and with the Democrats sliding in the polls I am wondering more and more about it.

Hillary will be Putin’s doormat. She is like Obama and her top priority is defeating the GOP. If she steals the election the GOP will be in civil war and her priority will be domestic issues. She’s already planning another “reset” with Russia.
War with Russia is so nonsensical that it would be wildly unpopular. Obama and Clinton are bluffing and everyone in the world, outside of their sycophants knows it. They will still be faking after the election if the she-devil wins. If Trump wins, Obama becomes a neutered joke.

The professional pols and inside-the beltway types know they can cow the public with the Russian bogeyman, but they also know that Russian leaders are the only people on Earth who can really and finally take away their offices, salaries, perks, privileges, nubile young secretaries, and limos.
They’ll quite obviously never allow that to happen; if they won’t permit the constitution and the electorate to do it, they won’t jeopardize it with Putin or anyone else. They’ll cave on anything before they sacrifice their royal lifestyle.

Neither can I but they may see something radically different such as the ability to claim they have more military experience to fight the war that was “started by Russia hacking US Govt. emails and threatening our national security”.
Or even worse, Obama may choose to stay in the White House longer. I mean, they’re blowing up Republican political offices now so the argument that “the American people would not stand for that” seems a bit unbelievable at this point.
