Donald Trump's campaign is "pulling out of Virginia," a move that stunned staff in the battleground state, three sources with knowledge of the decision told NBC News.
The decision came from Trump's headquarters in New York and was announced on a conference call late Wednesday that left some Republican Party operatives in the state blindsided. Two staffers directly involved in the GOP's efforts in Virginia confirmed the decision.
The move to pull out of Virginia shows Trump is "running essentially a four state campaign," with the focus now shifting to battlegrounds critical to his chances in November: Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, and Ohio, a source with knowledge of the decision told NBC News.
I was listening to AM 820 in Richmond at 8:30 this morning. A Trump spokesperson said that this IS a lie. Trump Is In! Do NOT automatically believe the MSM. They lie!

Happy to hear that and thought that was the case but I can’t seem to find any other source citing this. Not even anything from Trump’s website, FB or twitter or anywhere else. This “news” came out last night and usually Trump’s team is on top of it if it’s false.
Hopefully they refute this soon if it’s not true.
He can't personally fund a 50 state campaign. He's going to do what all candidates do, allocate resources strategically. Doesn't mean he won't win 50.
Regardless, VA is now a hard state to win with all the liberal government leeches in NOVA and fraud in the Richmond and Newport News area. Plus the felons.

You are correct, Fairfax County is hard to overcome.
VA is a extension of DC, it is only the down state cities that will go Trump, the ones surrounding DC where all the pols have their homes and the LSM, will go to the Witch. Same in NYC, and any other big dem owned black controlled city like Memphis.

They are temporally moving staff to other states that have early voting.
You should believe it. It is time to stop your fantasy trip. Trump has never led in Virginia and has to win NC, FL, PA and OH to win the election. Virginia is no longer reliable republican. It has turned light blue. And yes, I heard on the radio this morning, that paid staffers were transferring from Virginia to NC. Not a surprise. Trump never had much of a chance in this state.
Trump is not fighting everywhere. He only has ads on in a handful of states, not counting some cable ads. He is contesting only FL, NC, NV, OH, PA, WI and maybe MI along with ME-2. He is not contesting NY, NJ, CT, MA or RI, etc. etc. VA is gone. He has never led in Virginia and the state is light blue. Any republican would have a hard time here now, sadly. It appears he may need to rescue Arizona, so it doesn’t make sense to spend his limited money in states in which he has no chance.
