That's just the same old pushback that Crooked uses. She says that the Russians have definitively been fingered as providing the materials. I think she is trying to goad him into divulging the contents of classified briefings, which [I speculate] say the authorities are unable to finger a culprit, but do have a list of the usual suspects.
