We are seeing a peaceful revolution take place because Mr. Donald J. Trump leads it. It will stay peaceful as long as he gets elected.

If by any chance Hillary gets in, all bets are off, no promise that the next revolt will be a peaceful one.

The Federal government has become a monster. We are just its foodstuffs.

We are now faced with the prospect of the Supreme Court slipping into the vast gaping maw of the Clinton Corruption Doomsday Machine. Once that happens, we are done as a nation of citizens. We become a feudal society with the elites owning everything by divine right and all the rest of us living by their sufferance. And in the face of this serious likelihood, the GOPe have run, tails between their legs, thumbs in their mouths, to hide, clinging to the skirt-hems of the 5th column media for protection.

Our Government is Out of Control and It Needs to Be Fixed

Exactly. Just the way the French "fixed" their government in 1789-1799.

Look at our poor culture! What sort of government do we need to have in order to promote an American culture that isn’t driven by a dominant and inferior popular culture? Political and societal emphasis on image over cultural substance and life imitating art that exhibits more ugliness than it does beauty, is a threat to polite society. So how does more of polite society begin to enjoy more beautiful art with less political emphasis on the appearance of things? How can polite society save itself and by doing so, have a deep and genuinely positive influence on our popular culture? How can we turn it all around so that in the future it will be the reality(s) of a new polite society that drives a renaissance of American popular culture?

let me add that arrests need to be made throughout the government, we need people that will talk and indictments need to be handed down and a commission needs to be formed to follow thru to jail!

<>If you don’t think this country needs a major change in path and change in leadership, the only thing I can say is you are living in denial.<>

Changing the leadership of our country is little better than changing the driver of car on cinder-blocks.

Fundamental change to our governing structure is necessary, and that can only come about through an Article V convention of the states.

She stated the IRS agent has rights.

The taxpayer has rights, as well. The CPA should have been better prepared to quote them:

The Right to Be Informed

Taxpayers have the right to know what they need to do to comply with the tax laws. They are entitled to clear explanations of the laws and IRS procedures in all tax forms, instructions, publications, notices, and correspondence. They have the right to be informed of IRS decisions about their tax accounts and to receive clear explanations of the outcomes.

The Right to Quality Service

Taxpayers have the right to receive prompt, courteous, and professional assistance in their dealings with the IRS, to be spoken to in a way they can easily understand, to receive clear and easily understandable communications from the IRS, and to speak to a supervisor about inadequate service.

These are the one that most obviously apply to this case. There are more here:

Taxpayer Bill of Rights

Yes, I know this the IRS and they consider their compliance with the law to be at their discretion. But, a CPA should be better prepared to quote these when dealing with the IRS.

There is also legislation enacted in 1998:

An act to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to restructure and reform the Internal Revenue Service, and for other purposes.
