hmmm... now I am thinking that maybe Trump had this planned-— remember how he said he might bring up Bill Clinton after the last debate— then people were discouraging that— but now he has every reason to bring it up.. I also remember them mentioning the 3 part strategy on the debates.. Could Trump have released this himself to washington post?
