Tuesday, September 27, 2016: Live stream coverage of the Donald J. Trump for President rally in Melbourne, FL at the Orlando Melbourne International Airports AeroMod Hangar. Live coverage begins at 7:00 PM ET.
Watch the LIVE stream and FULL replay of the event below:
With Trump it’s back to work.
With Hillary it’s back to bed.
Yes Savage will be on a roll tonight.
On the Trumpf Train to NYC this morning, operating on a Trumpian four hours of sleep!
The live thread yesterday got over 5,000 replies! I couldn’t keep up with it after a while. Unfortunately a lot of Debbie Downers got onto the thread last night, many screen names I never saw before.
Under the circumstances, Trump came away unscathed and did his campaign no harm. I think it was unrealistic to expect him to deal the Crooked One a knockout blow and if he tried, the moderator was there to stop it. But at the same time, Trump did not take any damage and got in some good jabs.
There were no takeaway sound bites last night which sort of surprised me. I was quite sure Cankles would have several “Youre no Jack Kennedy” sound bites ready to launch but all she had was “Trumped Up Trickle Down” which fell so flat you could hear the groans in her war room.
Trump was obviously trying to play the gentleman but he had some flashes of the Trump we all love and those were the best parts. Maybe we will see more of that in the next two debates.
All in all, the night was a success and our worst fears that Trump would commit a serious blunder never came to pass. This was Shrillary’s best opportunity to blunt his momentum and she failed. Also, her cliche-ridden scripted and rehearsed answers sounded at times as robotic and passionless as Dukakis ‘88. I can’t believe she actually talked about the rich “paying their fair share.” Her fake smile and smugness won nobody over. She showed herself to be the phony politician that most of America has had enough of.
It was nice to see most of the national polls showing Trump ahead pre-debate. I see no reason for that to change and would not be surprised to see Trump build on that lead in the days to come. The liberal media are going out of their minds. They just can’t stop the Trump!
Hello Sam.
Excellent wrap up of last nights debate.
I think Trump will learn from this experience and will really be on his game for the next.
He isn’t whining at all about Lester.
She is so smug and feels she was her awesome self.
Disappointed she was able to go for almost 2 hours without a cough or bathroom break but she did have a lot of eye blinking and wobbling.
America’s Mayor on.
Correcting the record on stop and frisk.
Not unconstitutional!!!
Kellyanne Conway on CNN (I know, I wasn't going to watch, but accidentally got there and Kellyanne was on, so I heard her out) used a great turn of phrase. "Trickle down government."
On FoxNews (I know, wasn't going to watch THAT either, but Trump tweet said he'd be on, so there I was) gave Hillary a C+, Gave Holt a C+ or B, and said he had no trouble with Holt, thought he did okay except a few unfair questions at the end.
Just from what I've seen of campaign followup, Trump is handling the event very well, meaning his reaction will play well with any undecided or squishy voters.
I am outraged that ANY one would be blatantly blocked the way they did Savage! Its an outrage against Americans; the Constitution!!
I don’t know if Savage sells many/(any), items on his website or not, but I’m loading up today to send a message!
Get the press out of the their "moderating monopoly." The press doesn't have a monopoly on objectivity, and most people view the media as biased, the least desirable trait for a debate moderator. If the individual media personality isn't biased, peer pressure will force them to act so for the debate. Don't put the pressure on the press, look outside the press for moderators. Not just for this debate, for all of them. The press is not referees, it is cheerleaders.
Thanks....missed the F&F thing but I can find it later I have no doubt. Trump has already been up and moving for a couple of hours easy. Hillary is.....in some far away land.
Did anyone else pick up on that he called her Sec. Clinton and she called him Donald?
Condescending much.
2 Chronicles 7:14King James Version (KJV)
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
What a contrast
H was smooth and conniving and deceptive as ever
MR T laid it out there — rough edges and all
He won in 22 of the on line polls. Expect just as in the primaries his numbers to go up. All numbers including Minnesota where he is currently tied
As to last nights thread—I am so angry with Jim for linking us into his thread I can barely speach of it. The same rude Attack dogs that we dealt with during the primary and were the reason we started these rally threads were in full force JIM I had looked forward to this debate and sharing it with friends for weeks. What we ended up with was unbearable vitriol where friends were run off the thread with insults They “strangers” posted garbage and Trump attacks The thread had little if anything to do with the debate.
Please Jim don’t do us any more favors.
H had a wire on. There are pictures of the wire coming from her ear down her back to a small box. She IS NOT going to follow any rules or laws
I thought that was a plausible theory too, for awhile, but was persuaded to abandon the thought - at least as to the box and wire that printed through her coat.
She and Trump were both wearing lavalier microphones, and it is (so I'm told) a common arrangement to have the transmitter and battery in the small of the back, with the mic wire run over the shoulder.
Plus, if she was going to wear a covert earpiece, she would not have been fitted with a boxy transmitter. There are models of transmit device that are much more discrete compared with what she "printed" through her coat last night.
I agree that the thread was a mess, but I don't think Jim expected or anticipated his link to result in what it did. Just saying, I think anger with him is misplaced.
hopefully it will become a "lesson learned," and we'll all adapt.
I'm no snowflake, but I found the thread to be tough slogging for content, what with all the opinion and persistent unnecessary argument, it was not possible to post or read in real time. The thread was a waste for real time - was okay for me, because I had the debate on teevee. But anybody who uses the thread to keep tabs on how things are going on was gypped out of a resource.
I think it was fun. Did you see where I predicted we would have 5000 replies? See post #178.
AND THEN SEE WHO POSTED #5000!!!!!
lOOK AT MY ost #178 and then check out who posted #5000 lol!
Just read New York Post story about winning over undecideds and independents in a PA bar in strong dem county. It is my opinion that by letting Trump be Trump, he wins hearts and votes. Hillary looked great last night-— good hair and makeup,,no coughing fits. But she came off as a smug policy wonk. This is a change election. She lost.
Hillary Clinton represents the worst of my generation, the worst. Donald Trump, IMO, represents true Americans.
