After a slew of complaints online from parents who shop at target, Target is making a change.
According to several tweets from an official Twitter account, Target is removing the recently added tiny carts from 72 of its stores this week where they were being tested. The change comes after a slew of complaints from parents....

Idiots.
I don’t shop there...Target is not anyplace I am interested in going.
I’ve Targeted Target as a No-Shopping Zone.
We don’t shop Target either, but in stores where they do have those small carts, we never had a problem with our daughter using one. Sounds more like parents who cannot manage their kids are blaming the tool, not the tool user (hm, where have I encountered that before).
Another example of Target stupidity - Walmart tried this years ago and it flopped. They had it tested for them for free and still didn’t get a clue. I guess they’re scrambling for any gimmick they think is going to bring people back into their store after they stuck their middle finger up at middle America. Those would be the people who do not want to urinate alongside a freak or predator.
Modern parents have no ability to say ‘no’ to their snowflakes—and if they can’t make something work for their kids, they don’t want other families to have the option of using them either.
They’re still in business? Fascinating.
And wanting to stop everyone else from using a tool because they can’t master it!
Ditto. Completely done with them.
They’re still in business? That’s a shame.
We no longer shop at Target because of their insane bath/changing room policy, but I don’t get the parents who complain about the tiny carts. Cub foods and our small local grocery store have them and my young children love them. They occasionally bump me, but it’s not debilitating and I need to teach them about looking out for others anyway, so it’s an opportunity for that.
Let men in the women’s bathroom then have toys to entice small children... Sounds to me like the Target CEO may be a pedophile himself.
Who is still shopping at Target?
Since moral adults have stopped shopping there, they are relying on kids filling up their little baskets believing that the kids are the tail that shakes the family dog.
They were wrong, again!
Though I am sure that some sissified parents bought whatever their kid told them to buy.
Anyone with one brain cell should realize kids would be running amuck with tiny carts. But Target has already proven with the restroom fiasco they don’t have the required brain cell.
I never understood that Target thing. Been in there once or twice years ago. They are a complete ripoff or maybe I’m a really good shopper.
Tiny carts would probably annoy me as much as toddlers with their own carry-on luggage on a crowded flight.
I haven’t since the bathroom change. And I won’t - unless it’s changed back. Their loss.
Weird that anyone would care enough to do anything but tell their child, “No. Just hold my hand and walk along.”
Heck...I hated it 35+years ago when my young son pushed a big cart into back of my ankle at times...he learned NOT to...I think little carts are training aids, but as some here said...some parents won’t appropriately train their kids
Curious, what store do you now shop at that has a bathroom policy different from Target's?
