The 90 minute debate will be divided into six time segments of approximately 15 minutes each on major topics to be selected by the moderator and announced at least one week before the debate. The moderator will open each segment with a question, after which each candidate will have two minutes to respond. Candidates will then have an opportunity to respond to each other. The moderator will use the balance of the time in the segment for a deeper discussion of the topic.
Trump didn’t have to win in order to win.
But yes, it is early. Romney wiped the floor with Barry in their first debate, then coughed up the election in the last two.
All the networks came out quickly with pronouncement of Hillary win. The chosen segment for non-viewers is the stamina exchange. 11 hours of testifying could show stamina, or it could indicate the depths of her corruption.

I agree.. A draw was fine for Trump for the first debate. I really think he is saving some of his best shots for the 2nd and 3rd debates.

Agree! I am tired of the memorized paragraphs and planned pauses....Trump did not rehearse, sounded honest and sincere and I like when he gets fired up!

He's already ahead nationally and in most of the battleground states. I think a few more states will tilt his way in the weeks ahead like NM, PA, MI and WI.
I don’t doubt that his team will have him doing that.
Trump beat her like a drum, by playing on all the *themes* that defined his campaign: and he stayed out of the weeds, so she couldn't play the "help help Trump is mean to a woman" card she was in *desperate* need of.
