Unsettling footage obtained by NBC News shows the moments leading up to the fatal police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The video, taken by Scott's wife, does not clearly show the exact moment he was shot by police on Tuesday. Scott is seen on the ground surrounded by police officers moments after the shots were fired. "He better not be f---ing dead, he better not be f---ing dead," Rakeyia Scott can be heard shouting at the officers. "He better live, he better live!" It is not clear what preceded the shooting.
The killing of Scott, 43, sparked three nights of fiery protests and violent clashes between protesters and law enforcement. Activists and the Scott family have pressed city officials to release bodycam or dashcam footage of the fatal encounter.

The sound of shooting occurs at 0:50 into the video. Thirteen seconds later, there appears to be an object on the street near the shadow of the truck (seen more clearly in the snapshoot at 1:07. At 0:37, before the shooting, there was nothing at that location, which was a few feet from Scott’s body.
I like how the wife automatically goes into “The Narrative” (’he has no weapon.’) but is not in a position to tell one way or another.
It was mentioned at first report that Scott had a gun holster on his right ankle. And the gun was found laying to the right of Scott’s body, with his blood, etc. on the gun. The police chief of Charlotte also mentioned the gun holster on Scott’s right ankle. He’s just another thug/felon who met his demise.
Come on folks, what happened here is so clear. This guy is 43 and has 7 freakin kids! Hello? This is clearly suicide by cop.
No amount of evidence exonerating the cops will be sufficient to a blood-lusting, America-hating Obama nation. Not even if the perp shot at cop first.

Yeah, TBI, according to the parsing from the family lawyer, Scott was injured terribly in a motorcycle crash last year. Screaming, cussing daughter said he was disabled.
Now his criminal/arrest record shows a charge for DUI, in December 2015, IIRC.
Was he under the influence of alcohol, pot, oxies, bath salts, flakka... when he wrecked his motorcycle and got his TBI?
Was the DUI arrest in December from that motorcycle crash?
Was the TBI just a ploy for the courtroom regarding the DUI charge?
Was the TBI just a ploy to get a prescription meds high?

Somebody also should have aks’d the family the name of the book that they all say he was reading every day in his car while waiting for the bus to bring his kid home. A bible? He was a good boy. An angel, actually. Turning his life around.
And if he had a DUI in December 2015, did he really have a drivers license? Did he just go sit in the car? WTF?
The guy has a rap sheet of nothing but aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charges and had actually shot at cops previously. He had a gun and he was getting ready to use it.

Cops shouted “Drop the gun” 12 times. They were within 8 feet of him. Cops are all required to have good vision. They would not have been yelling “Drop the gun” if he had a book, or his Wiener, in his hand.
Wife knew the perp was doing something wrong because she keeps yelling at him: “Keith; don’t do it!” We don’t tell people to not do that which we do not perceive as wrong.
As opposed to cops who were 8 feet away, wife was at least 100 feet away at times, with her vision blocked by cop cars. She was also concentrating her attention on the video screen. Wife had no way of knowing what was in his hand.
