The sound of shooting occurs at 0:50 into the video. Thirteen seconds later, there appears to be an object on the street near the shadow of the truck (seen more clearly in the snapshoot at 1:07. At 0:37, before the shooting, there was nothing at that location, which was a few feet from Scott’s body.
It was mentioned at first report that Scott had a gun holster on his right ankle. And the gun was found laying to the right of Scott’s body, with his blood, etc. on the gun. The police chief of Charlotte also mentioned the gun holster on Scott’s right ankle. He’s just another thug/felon who met his demise.
