With the first presidential debate coming on Monday, Donald Trump has moved to a five-point lead over Hillary Clinton, his biggest advantage since mid-July.
The latest Rasmussen Reports weekly White House Watch telephone and online survey finds Trump with 44% support among Likely U.S. Voters to Clintons 39%. Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson earns eight percent (8%) of the vote, while Green Party nominee Jill Stein holds steady at two percent (2%). Three percent (3%) like some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are still undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

Have you noticed there is NO Gallup polls? They are NOT polling this election.

... that they voted for in Maryland, and are now bringing with them to Virginia.
Just wanted to complete the picture. Democrat voters are a virus that causes stifling regulations and taxes, they cannot escape it because they take it with them wherever they go. They kill the host, then they move on to a new one.
Wait til Sickery pulls a bug eye bobblehead at the debate Monday. Or just backs out.
Reach for the stars.
NY Times has a new NC poll that shows a dead heat. I call BULL. First of all, it’s the NYTimes/Sienna. Second, it’s from Sept 16-19, all of it pre-riots... I have to believe the riots hurt Hillary
NYC-R'-CT,
It is worse than she thinks.
Not only can't she sell it, she can't close the deal.
Trump will close the deal on 9/27 and continue to close on the next 2 debates.
Trump is a closer.
Her desperation?, This video (link below on this post) on a link right now on Drudge, from the Wa-Po. She is shrill and angry in this video. Can you see her as someone a UAW line guy wants to listen too for 8 years on TV? IMHO that who this video is directed too, OH, MI, PA guys and gals especially after MI right to work ( which in many ways haven't effected the Auto Plants).
She knows she is in trouble with the the working guy and gal, but yelling at them isn't going to inspire, they'd rather she her retire....
“Agreed. Trump needs a GOP Senate and House”
Not so fast my friend. A GOP Senate and House full of cucks and globalists will be just as bad as one filled with Democratic-Socialist-Islamist Party.
Agreed. Shrill is a nice way to put it. Angry and unhinged is more accurate. She looks absolutely awful in those videos.
Fleeing themselves? They flee those things at the state level, then vote for people in their new state who will do the same thing while they themselves are doing the same thing at the national level. Are they really that blind?
“Are they really that blind?”
Apparently, yes. The same phenomenon can be observed, my friends in Arizona and Nevada tell me, with ex-Californians.
Chicago, Illinois a suburb of Charlotte
Sure, some illegal aliens vote, and they no doubt vote overwhelmingly for Democrats, but mass legal immigration is the bigger demographic threat to conservatism. Most legal immigrants favor the Democrats, and tens of millions have come since 1965. They’ve helped turn Virginia into a blue state.
You DO need Virginia.
Otherwise you are drawing to an inside straight.
VA would be great, but he’s ahead in CO, tied In Maine. Those are much more likely
ping!
These poll numbers are coming out fast and furiously. They are all over the map.
Reuters is claiming Hillary is ahead again by 5 points. I think the best thing is to watch the polls not against each other but how they change from the same pollster.
There is absolutely nothing that has happened to cause Hillary’s numbers to go up.
Don King did utter the n-word yesterday but he’s black so its not a problem. Trump had to put the birther issue away to avoid being hounded about it every damn day.
If Trump can make himself likable Monday night and acceptable as a POTUS, he’ll move up in the polls.
Not sure where that Reuters claim is coming from. Trump is up 2, per the Reuters poll out yesterday. NO WAY there’s a 7 point turnaround in a day
Yeah, that’s amazing.
