Here in SC my local gas stations are down Regular Unleaded only.

And up in the Dakota’s a NEW pipeline that jumped through all the hoops has ground to a halt because a few indians did not get their way...we either move forward an fix our dilapidated infrastructure or pay a heavy price.

Sure wouldn’t take long to cripple us all if The Enemy blew up some lengths of gasoline pipelines here and there, would it?
I’m surprised 0bama hasn’t thought of that! *SPIT*

Seems a good builder, an engineer, someone adept at mega construction could put this country back to work. Trump would be the Infrastructure President.

I live in Alabama about two hours southeast of the leak site. I went out about 5 PM, and realized I needed gas for the week. Whoa. Stations
everywhere had their pump handles bagged. The two places on the main drag that did have gas were swamped. They've declared a state of emergency in Alabama, Georgia, and two other states, from what I've read. I'm hearing that it'll get worse before it gets better. It's gonna be a petroleum Zombie Apocalypse down here for a few days.

Our stations were very crowded. Some had raised their prices by .50/gal.
We commented that civility was not going to last very long with no fuel. There were some really frustrated folks in the line we saw.

"The Cahaba River is home to 135 known species of fish, according to the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, as well as 35 snail species, 10 of which are not found anywhere else in the world. Ten species of fish and freshwater mussel in the Cahaba are listed as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act." FYI.
Alabama has the largest number of species of fresh water fish than anywhere else in the world.

Price on the TN/AL border up 50 cents and more since Thursday. Regular is sold out everywhere and some stations completely sold out.

Getting all in a ruckus ain’t going to get it fix faster.
Sometimes I think people believe the pipeline guys are taking their time on this. When in reality I am willing to bet people are working their butts off 24/7 until it’s fixed.

I live in HSV. I was talking to my daughter about this and she had to get gas yesterday. She got the last at that station. I have half a tank and do not know if I should get any. I do not have to go anywhere. I read that people from southern TN are coming here. It is a mess. Reminds me of the odd-even days during Carter's term. We went across the river bridge south of here.

I never realized that gas is pumped so far by pipeline. Never thought about it, I guess.

I thought our pipelines were monitored... like daily and by computer.. is that NOT the case?
