This video is focusing on the metal object falling from Hillary's pant's leg.

I have looked at the modified video several times now.
A small object definitely falls from the back of Hillary’s right pants leg.
Can’t tell if it’s metallic or what.
I don’t believe it is anything to do with her shoe.
And she is definitely wearing flats.

If you look closely, you will see it is a hook that goes into an eyelet, linking lengths of fence. There is an identical hook near the top of the length of fence.
Please look to the second video, about the middle of the picture. What you see circled in the fifth video, just ahead and above of the woman’s foot, is a close up of that hook.
Hillary’s fainting belies her claims to good health. That is plenty of justification to doubt her ability to serve (over and above the mountains of evidence of illegal activities). When we are so desperate to spot something bizarre with Hillary (other than her cranial, criminal and moral issues), we veer into the territories of Glenn Beck and Alex Jones, cheapening the ‘Trump’ brand. By focusing on this, the presstitutes can quite easily point to conservatives as being ‘loonie toons’.
The coughing fits with this too— if she is on keppra (an anti seizure med) it has a well known side effect of a bad dry cough...
The Lapdog Lefty media were all over Reagan’s maladies, GHWB throwing up & passing out, Cheney’s heart problems, GWB choking on a pretzel & passing out. They cover up about Hillary who obviously is very ill, and instead of investigating & demanding answers, they cover up. Hillary is unfit physically, mentally, emotionally, or morally to hold a public office of any kind.

I don’t believe that this is a metal object. It appears to be a poop log. The President cannot be putting in a full days work with poop logs randomly dropping from their trousers. This hasn’t happened since FDR.
I’ve noticed in full length shots of Clinton that she is straining to walk fully on her right leg. Has anyone else seen the same thing? If there isn’t something in her ear, it’s something in her pants. What a desperate POS she is.
Actually she needs to stay in. Her health questions are a huge liability.
