After once declaring he could never support Donald Trump as the Republican nominee, Mark Levin changed his mind with a big announcement on his radio program Tuesday.
“I’m gonna vote for Donald Trump. I’m gonna wind up voting for Donald Trump on Election Day," the talk radio host said after reiterating his perspective that Texas Sen. Ted Cruz was a far better choice for conservatives.
"I take no responsibility for the dumb things he says or the dumb things his surrogates say," he added of the GOP nominee and his campaign.
Levin's endorsement comes five months after unequivocally stating, "I am not voting for Donald Trump. Period.”
The 58-year-old syndicated radio host also noted that Trump has an uphill climb to win the White House, despite some recent national polls showing him tied or in the lead.
“Trump, despite the CNN poll (showing him 2 points up on Clinton Tuesday), has a lot of work to do to make up ground in these battleground states,” he said.
“But Hillary is so awful, I just don't know. I'm not in the prediction business."
Levin worked in the Reagan administration as a chief of staff for Attorney General Edwin Meese. He began his radio program in 2002.

I doubt Levin will apologize. What's got me flabberghasted is that Trump is 10 times better than Mitch, so his tirade never made sense.

A lot of people who do not particularly “like” Trump are going to vote for him, because the alternative is unthinkable.
I have not been listening lately. Is it possible that the "bashing" might consist of some valid criticisms? If so, Trump is smart enough to take it under advisement, if he is accurately informed about it.

I quit listening the Mark Levin and I am not bashful about telling my local sponsors of his program that I'm no longer doing business with them.
I doubt it.
Trump is doing very well listening to his own heart and listening to the American people as well as some trusted advisors. He doesn’t need some talk show host to offer insulting advice.
I used to have a lot more respect for Mark.
His dumb as a box of rox comments about Trump have gone beyond the pale with me.
He can’t find anything to like about Trump? Seriously?
He says he will vote for him in almost the same sentence as he trashes him once again. “I’ll vote for him, but I won’t be responsible for what happens next.”

Don’t you just love the embedded commercials on these programs? Cruising through the AM dial it seems every show has the exact same Hillsdale commercial disguised as content.
Mark can take his vote and stick it in his ass. I can’t stand these mealy mouthed clowns who talk out of both sides of their face. I guess his ratings are going down because of his never Trump stance.
Bingo! That is exactly what it is and he’s probably having trouble even giving away subscriptions to his new TV channel.
Good thing is that there are Levin sheeple that will actually vote for Trump now, it’s a win and any vote helps at this point.
what good is his so called endorsement if he continues to trash Trump? Talk about a double minded guy—contorting himself daily like this? Give up this heavy load Mark, just forget about “endorsing” Trump. He and you are better off just you being honest, the rest of us can be free to push the off button on the radio. Mark says he is voting for Trump, but doesn’t like the way Trump conducted himself in the primaries, still thinks we made the wrong choice and the Republican party is ruined, thinks Trump is unreliable, and thinks Cruz was perfect or more perfect.
Let’s see.
Cruz used dirty tactics during the campaign, attacked Trump from the left in closed door donor meetings, didn’t honor his pledge, sided with the never trump movement as their RNC vote agenda was to allow delegates to “vote their conscience” funny that Cruz used those same words.
Mark, You want to talk reliability and flip flops? Cruz was for the Government collecting bulk data then he was against it.
He was against Obama’s plans for the Syrian refugee’s and called his plan “lunacy” in a CNN Interview, but then in the Judiciary Committee SH-216 he WELCOMED the Syrian refugee’s and said “I think the United States should always be a clarion voice for freedom”.
He did an interview on The Blaze stating that he “The last thing we should do is send Troops to Syria and put our troops in harms way” He said we “don’t have a dog in the fight”. And shouldn’t be getting involved in their Civil war and that we should focus on America. Then in the CNN debate he says he would “Carpet Bomb ISIS into oblivion and test if sand can glow in the dark”. His exact words to a Fox reporter were “I don’t believe the answer is sending boots on the ground in Syria”. Then in a Fox interview he was asked “You’ve said you wouldn’t put boots on the ground in Syria to fight ISIS” and he said “That’s actually not what I said, I said we need to do whatever is necessary to defeat ISIS” but I can link videos proving he said NO BOOTS ON THE GROUND.
He said he wanted to ban the TSA then later on when he released his list of agencies he would eliminate the TSA was not on the list.
In 2013 Ted Cruz did an interview on Fox news where he was for improving the federal database for gun ownership and Universal Background checks saying it was a “common sense improvement”. Then in 2015 he said that the only way to implement Universal Background checks would be to make a federal registry of every gun owner in America and that would “be wrong, and Unconstitutional”.
In 2013 he was for Legal status for undocumented Immigrants, Bret Baire called him out on this and played the tape for him. In the video he talks about an amendment to the gang of 8 bill that would make “Those who are here illegally to come out of the shadows”. But we all know in this election he was “against the gang on 8 bill”. But Bret Baire called him out again with quotes of Cruz’s that said “If this amendment were to pass, the chances of this bill passing into law would increase dramatically”. He even stated a few weeks later that his amendment was the compromise that can pass the bill. He has said during this election that he was against the gang of 8 bill but his amendment and comments prove otherwise.
Mark, You think overstayed visas are the number 1 problem with illegals. Well, Cruz said in 2016 he would immediately suspend the H1-B visa program for 180 days, but in 2013 during the Executive Business Meeting on S. 744 he said he wanted to increase the skilled workers from the H1-B visa program by 500%.
He also said in an interview in 2014 about the 14th Amendment and Birthright Citizenship “as much as someone may dislike the Policy of Birthright Citizenship, it’s in the US constitution, and frankly the arguments against it don’t make any sense”. But in 2016 in a Face The Nation interview he says “I think Birthright Citizenship as a policy matter doesn’t make sense. We have right now upwards to 12 million people living her illegally. It doesn’t make any sense that our law automatically grants citizenship to their children because what it does is incentivized additional illegal immigration.”
These are all exact quotes from him, so to say that Trump is a huge flip flopper and unreliable but Cruz is not and is perfect is VERY ignorant of you Mark... I can provide my sources if you wish, but Cruz has flip flopped for years, his position depends on the issue of the day and the audience in front of him...
Don't hold your breath, pardner! He's not up for reelection until 2020. After a couple of years in the minority, I'll bet he'll opt for retirement.
