Summary:
Pence sure is smooth and on message. He simply cannot get knocked off of his talking points. Very smooth and masterful.
Trump was invited late last week. Pence said could not be more proud of what Trump is doing.
Opening a dialog with Mexico. Let the negotiations begin.
Will start discussing the wall with Nieto. Trump accused of creating a political stunt. Pence laughs at her and says this is about opening communications on trade and immigration. This Fox anchor is an airhead.
This makes Trump look presidential.
Trump's Arizona speech will be more of the same and is not softening on anything. The illegal criminals will be thrown out and not allowed back in. No pathway to citizenship for anyone. They have to get in line like all the others before them.

Lets think about this for a minute, since the Left refuses to.
What did they expect Trump to do, sit in the White House for four years and not visit other heads of state?
The coverage of this is flat out absurd.
These people are creatures of propaganda. They eat it and regurgitate it.

This move by Trump to meet with the President of Mexico is a stroke of genius. If you have ever followed my posts, I’m not a Trump bandwagonner and have certainly criticized him when he’s been wrong. This though is brilliant!
He’s getting all of this press and what does he look like meeting with a head of state? Presidential, that’s what. Meanwhile Hillary is about to have her face put on milk cartons, she’s MIA....
To: GilGil
Trump negotiates with Mexico.
Hillary negotiates the stairs.

TAX the yearly $25 BILLION remittance payments TO Mexico from the U.S.
Done.
Gotta hand it to Trump, he is NOT AFRAID to tackle difficult one-on-one negotiations.

Folks, we're thinking about this wall all wrong.
If we play our cards right, build it like the great wall of China with a top you can stroll down, it can become a tourist attraction that people pay $5 to stroll on. In 5,000 years or so, it will pay itself off...
While I was just kidding there, there are ways you could market it so people would pay for access. Folks would talk about biking the distance or walking the distance. In time it could become a unit of measure.
"Hey, I walking five wall lengths over the summer...", even if they didn't do it on the wall.
Put in a water slide every 50 miles. Build in observation towers every so many miles.
Have a "your view from the wall" cable channel. There you could see your neighbors frolic under the sun.
If people put their minds to it, this thing could become pretty cool.

The President of Mexico invited both candidates.
Trump accepted.
Hillary has refused, thus far.
Which seems more presidential? Not Hillary.

I suppose I could say:
She hasn’t accepted yet.
To: marktwain
yes. true. she will accept though.
To: GilGil
Seems like dems and Bushes thing it’s disgusting that the US would have a good relationship with our neighbor (or maybe it just Trump they don’t want to succeed).
To: LostPassword
Both President Bushes had an excellent relationship with Mexico. What did you base that on, please? Did I miss something?
To: GilGil
You can see why Trump picked him. He’s not a hit man like Newt and Guliani and Christi.....just one good spokesman.
