No sign yet from our re-blooming iris - also Immortality. It may not come back - I don't know if it was watered while I was in hospital. We shall see.

Wouldn’t it be nice if tomorrow’s cooler? Maybe you’ll get lucky?
72 and soupy here at 11:13 and tomorrow will be a stay-at-home-in-the-A/C day.
Good night and sleep well.

Maybe it’ll bloom again. Seems like everything is off schedule this year due to the crummy summer.
We also have Blue Suede Shoes, English Charm, and I can’t remember the name of the fourth one. All are re-bloomers that Dad sent for my birthday a few years ago. But the Immortality is my fave and that’s the one that has always put on a nice show.

YIKES!!!
That tree is dead and one of the branches by the nest broke earlier this year. They said they were going to assess the tree in July but I never heard anything about it. I’m worried they may cut it down.
Just wondering if they’ll try to move the nest to another tree close by and set the cam up in case the owls use the nest under those circumstances.
All we can do is wait to see what happens.
