European Gun Sales Surge Amid Terrorist Threat, Refugee Immigration

A number of European countries have seen their gun sales take off as people feel insecure after the recent wave of terror.
Weapon sellers in several countries attribute the rise to terror attacks and the mass arrival of refugees over the past year. Applications for gun permits have gone up significantly in Switzerland, Austria and the Czech Republic. In places with stricter gun laws, such as Germany, non-lethal guns and pepper spray have become alternatives.
Theres no official explanation for the rise, but in general we see a connection to Europes terrorist attacks, Hanspeter Kruesi, a police spokesman in the Swiss canton of St. Gallen, told Reuters.

Seems those stricter gun laws in some of those countries don’t stop terrorists from having them.

Theres no official explanation for the rise, but in general we see a connection to Europes terrorist attacks, Of course there is no official explanation for the rise. These chumps, like Merkel and others, aren't going to admit the truth. They must think we are incredibly stupid, and can't figure it out for ourselves. What idiots.

How can gun sales surge in countries that prohibit gun ownership? Just curious.

I think it is due to Climate Change.
I heard Secretary of State John Kerry and the President claim it is the reason for all bad things in the world today, it must be true?

They could always home-build their own AK-47s. They are Germans after all.

In Austria, Czech Republic and Switzerland they can get real guns.
The Germans are not as lucky.
More effective than pepper spray is hornet spray. Shoots 15 feet.
Hairspay and a lighter become a flame thrower.

Irony is the full auto M16 lower in Germany is not considered a firearm and can be had without problem. It is the upper barrel that is regulated there.

How can gun sales surge in countries that prohibit gun ownership? Just curious. Because gun ownership isn't actually prohibited (though very restrictive if you want to carry in public!) in those countries? See, that was easy.
