That description that went with the result sure isn’t me. Not sure how they came up with it.
Hey, it’s Cornell. They’re libs. The ornithology bunch might know birds but they sure don’t know us. LOL
Hi Luv. Late to the party but had a long meeting at church tonight.
It says I’m a Blue Jay. Just as long as I’m not a Cardinal. That’s one thing a Cubs fan will not do. These quizzes have had me doing some strange and uncharacteristic things, but at least I’m not a Cardinal.
This one seemed to do a good job with you but it sure blew it with my result. LOL! Some do better than others.
They are liberal but I appreciate what they’ve done to recover and rehabilitate injured eagles and other birds!
...and NO...they do not know us! LOL! Whoooooooot!
Cute lil hummers.
Those tiny birds do wear one out watching them, don’t they? We have several that visit our feeder outside the kitchen windows and constantly flit around, chasing each other. I get tired watching them. :-)
Result: You Are a Screech-Owl!
Now that’s funny!
I think both blue jays and cardinals are so pretty and I wish we had them here.
All I get are fat doves and nasty grackles. Ack!....and sparrows.
Boring stuff! LOL!
Ooooo....you are a winnah!!
So what bird are you?
You HAVE gotten some strange results with these quizzes at times, haven’t you? :-)
I appreciate what they do to rehabilitate injured birds too. And in the years of watching nest cams via their web sites, I’ve learned a lot about the birds I’ve watched. Those folks know their stuff and it adds to the experience.
I hope you can! It’s frustrating when they start running slower and don’t get the updates they need! I hung on to XP as long as possible and then went to Win 7. It was a good one...but of course, they HAD to muck around with it!
Actually, my son’s brother-in-law, who works for Microsoft, helped to develop Win 8 the disaster! I’ll bet he doesn’t talk about it, though. LOL!
Yeah, I think I was wearing tutus and playing with dolls or something.
Hey! Those aren’t dolls! They’re “action figures!”
They stuck me with Northern Mockingbird! Mean, nasty birds.
It sure does! I guess we can ignore their kumbaya ways in order to have them there for the birds and other beasties. :)
Oooo...they have a very scary call, but they are silent, deadly and very efficient hunters!
I’m not going to deny snickering more than once at some of the results the quizzes have come up with for ya. There have been some doozies. LOL
Red-faced hawk!
I am not really fond of raptor or owls having lost chickens, cats and puppies to them.
We get cardinals and blue jays. They really hate our cat and let her know it. The cardinals stay through the winter but in winter other than that we just have big nasty blackbirds. We keep a Rose of Sharon bush in the yard for the hummingbirds and grow some kind of thistle type flower for gold finches. I love watching the hummingbirds and finches.
There are some raptors around here too; I’ve seen them grab birds on the fly in my yard. The little boys across the street thought it was the coolest thing they’d ever seen.
Ruh-roh. that would be hard to take!
They are amazing to watch, but I sure wouldn’t want one of my kitties to fall prey to one of them!
