Former Sec. of State Condoleezza Rice has no recollection of a conversation at a 2009 dinner party where Hillary Clinton reportedly claims that Gen. Colin Powell advised her to use a personal email account.
Rice’s inability to recall the conversation makes her the second person to publicly undercut Clinton’s claim.
Both NBC News and The New York Times reported last week that Clinton told the FBI that Powell offered her the email advice during a dinner party at former Sec. of State Madeleine Albright’s home.
Rice and another Henry Kissinger, another former secretary of state, were present at the dinner party, where the former diplomats were asked to provide Clinton with advice to help her tackle her new job.

Georgia Godfrey, Rice’s chief of staff at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, where Rice teaches, tells The Daily Caller that Rice does not recall the discussion.
“Dr. Rice’s isn’t doing any media right now. I can tell you though that she has no recollection of that conversation either,” Godfrey told TheDC.

They give her a free pass by saying “no recollection”. They know that she’s lying and still refuse to call her out, because they don’t want to help Trump. “No recollection” are weasel words that Clinton can use to deflect the reality of her perjury.

But the fact that she’s in CYA mode is itself proof that Hill is done for. If Hill had a future, Condi could lie outright to protect her, and know that she had a marker she could call in in the future. So Condi knows that that is unlikely to happen, and instead is fudging so as not to infuriate the Donald on the one hand, and not to alienate Hillary just in case she does ever pull a rabbit out of her hat and survive. She is hedging.

Exactly. Look I’m a nurse, and they DRILLED it in our heads over and over that a nurse note or any documentation made by a nurse whether on paper or electronically was a legal document and would stand up in court. So you better not falsify, ANY part of it!
I didn’t take any oath every time I went to work, and no where on a nurse note does it say legal document. But it is none the less.
We were also taught if you didn’t document it, you didn’t do it. So you could very well do the right thing medically speaking, but if your sitting in a courtroom and you didn’t document it, it does not matter.
And these government bastards get away with illegal crap everyday. I’m so sick of it.
