I’ve always wanted to build a tack driver 10/22 and get a suppressor for it.
So many “wants” so little cash....
I’m still heart broken over losing all my guns and ammo in the boat accident.
I can’t wait to see the mediots go crazy making fools of themselves trying to explain ‘silencers’ and tell us that the public doesn’t need them.
What a shame, I bet they’ll never be found. Must’ve sunk to the bottom and carried away by the current.
I must be the only person who never had a boating accident. I own all of my guns and suppressors and Molon Labe to anyone who thinks otherwise.
Does anyone think for a second the Founding Fathers would play cute word games like having a boating accident? Sorry, but I am sick of reading that.
The best demonstration of a suppression device was in the movie “From Paris With Love” where the semi-hero John Travolta as some sort of CIA agent was firing a semi-auto machine pistol with a suppressor and all you heard was the action cycling . Good action boy movie guys.
Yeah. It’s funny, actually.
I’d get the usual outburst about my silencer with, “Well, you can murder someone, and nobody would know!”
I’d reply, “Well, first of all there’s a freakin’ DEAD BODY laying there. That’d be a good clue.”

Anyone know: do you have to pay that $200 federal fee for each suppressed firearm? Or just the suppressor.
Can you use the same suppressor on a 9mm and 7.62X39?
These are devices in which boi zero’s civilian army has purchased?
Food for thought.

Its all for the best. Guns can be dangerous in the hands of those who can’t properly transport or store them. Stick with Nerf guns. They float.
You need to Pay the $200 tax stamp for each NFA item. And there are hybrid suppressors which can be used on both rifle and pistol, but they are not as effective as specialized suppressors, and I think that goes without saying. But it is an option for the budget minded.
You can use the same suppressor on multiple firearms. The tax is for the suppressor itself. They don’t have to be the same caliber. A .45 suppressor on a 9mm pistol doesn’t suppress as well as a 9mm suppressor, but it does reduce the decibels.

I’m with you! Where are my guns? Right here. Come and take them!
When you feel the need to hide your guns....that’s when you need to proudly proclaim that you are armed and ready! Man up FR!!
Obviously you can’t use a 9mm suppressor on a .45.
Actually, I have a Specwar762 for my 308 (and 5.56) and the listed sound rating is the same or lower than the Specwar556. I am guessing larger overall volume offsets the larger hole.
Well you could.....once.
I have that
