So? Everyone would advise Hillary to use private email ... for personal non-work related communications. Now Powell may have done the same thing as Hillary to avoid oversight but I’d love to hear his explanation as to why it isn’t against the law.
I thought they already had a private server before she became SecState. Bill and Hillary needed to hide their operations long before 2009.

And this still does not clear her of having her staff move classified data from the highside to the lowside systems.
This headline would fit the same report and be more accurate:

The issue is that Hillary had an unsecured email server in her bathroom and used it to illegally hold top secret State Department information. That's a felony. It's also being totally ignored by leftist rags such as the NYT who blow smoke to cover up her crimes by writing stories about "private email accounts".
