I'm positive Colon Bowel offered up his body and soul to Hillary in this matter in return for something he wants her to bestow on him in a future Clinton administration.

Since he's going to be 80 years old, I'm not sure what he wants, maybe a Presidential Medal of Freedom, maybe cushy jobs for relatives....who knows...but he's got his oar in with her for some reason or other.

Or maybe senility has set in.....

I think we can expect Shrillary to roll out the Powell endorsement event very soon. Trump is on a roll and the Democrats need something .... I’m guessing that Powell has offered his endorsement to her, at a time and place of her choosing.
