He’s full anti Trump mode again. And I just turned up the sound cause I thought I was missing something important from him. Parroting the corrupt media that Trump’s campaign had a “shakedown”.
Tuning in a little late... was watching Trump’s speech from last evening.
First thing I hear is ‘national populism’
It's not a shake-up, it's a reorganization for different priorities.
Trump changed his leadership team from a primary manager to a convention delegate manager to now a polling and communicating manager for the general election phase of the campaign.

Mark explains it ALL and boy do we NEED him!!
Levin FRinks List:
Another day of trashing Trump.
‘How can he be president when he can’t even manage his campaign staff? This is the THIRD shakeup,’ Levin.

Hey, Mark, have you seen the list of Hillary’s proposed SCJC proposed appointees? A few weeks ago she [jokingly?] had Obama at the top of the list. The next president could likely appoint 3 to 5 SC justices, and all it needs is one more liberal anyway.
If she gets elected, the SC is gone left for the next 50 years. Gone will be the Bill of Rights. Why even bother going through them individually, when one fell swoop will put them out of the Dems’ misery.
Likely, if Clinton wins, McConnell loses and the Senate reverts to the Dems. Then, by 2018, either Ryan will be Clinton’s best buddy and give her everything she wants or the Dems reclaim the House. Imagine what Hillary would do with a Dem Senate and Dem House.
Of course, even with a Dem Senate and House, she can circumvent Congress at will because the new justices will likely rule for her in every regard. [Yeah, she had the files on the justices — to keep them in line.]
But, hey, Trump isn’t qualified — because he appointed some new people to his campaign. [/s]
He’s defining ‘populism’ as he sees it and applying this boogieman he’s created
on to Trump supporters and I suppose Trump himself.
“Americanism” BINGO /brokenclock...
That is what it is at its essence.
You have nothing to fear from what is happening.
We’re all on the same team, Mark.
You would think Mark would be happy with a Cruz person in place. But of course not, Mark is moaning that Manafort is no longer in charge.
Very weak ending to that segment....
‘Trump will be what he wants
If he wants to be a lounge act he’ll be one...’
~paraphrasing the rambling, vague conclusion he was trying to reach~...
‘Trump needs to do exactly what I say...’

Mark also defines “conservatism” accordingly. How is Trump NOT a conservative?? What has he proposed that does not make a conservative heart rejoice? Run for president yourself Mark, since you’re the only one that is the perfect conservative that matches your own ideal.
Why doesn't Levin focus on Bannon's Navy career?

Heidi never left....

Levin is laying it on thick tonight. Bannon left Goldman Sachs 25 years ago. When did Heidi Cruz leave?

Levin is still fighting the primary. 80 days from a potential CINC Hillary and her SCOTUS and Levin can’t let it go. Sad, really.
Mark also defines conservatism accordingly. How is Trump NOT a conservative??
I love how Levin is throwing around the fact he is a “capitalist” now. I interpret that as a snide swipe at Trump and implying that because Trump wants tariffs he is not a capitalist.
If Levin is such a military supporter and plays their anthems on his show, then why doesn't he call Bannon a Navy officer?
Bannon founded the Government Accountable Institute, like Levin's Landmark Legal Foundation. The GAI was responsible for Peter Schweizer's book Clinton Cash. Why doesn't Levin acknowledge that this means that Trump is likely to make Clinton Cash and the Clinton Foundation a major campaign issue?

And it is a good point.
He has an aversion to Trump. It is clearly emotional—not logical. He would rather see the country tank than support Trump.
Wonder if he is going to come out and support the Mormon who is suing his way on to the ballot...McMillan?
Have you ever heard him addressing the Tariff Act of 1789?
Signed into law by George Washington.

Sorry, I don’t know. I can’t listen to more than 5 minutes of Levin’s tantrums these days. I went from listening to the 3 full hours to turning him off in January after he started his Cruz campaign infomercials.
