There was a police shooting of an armed man on Friday afternoon in Milwaukee and people gathered to protest the death of the man which catapulted the city into chaos. After a standoff between police and the angry crowd for a few hours, things escalated and soon cars, businesses, and even a gas station were set on fire to protest the shooting.
The Milwaukee Police News gives the details of the initial shooting that started the rage:
The incident began when two uniformed MPD officers stopped two suspects in a car in the 3200 block of N. 44th Street at about 3:30 p.m. on August 13. Shortly after stopping the suspects, both occupants fled from the car on foot. The officers pursued the suspects, and during the foot pursuit one officer shot one suspect, armed with a semiautomatic handgun, in a yard also in the 3200 block of N. 44th Street. The suspect died from his injuries at the scene.
The suspect is a 23-year-old Milwaukee man with lengthy arrest record. The handgun he was armed with was taken in a burglary in Waukesha in March of this year. The victim of that burglary reported 500 rounds of ammunition were also stolen with the handgun.
The officer is a 24-year-old, male, assigned to MPDs District 7. He has six years of service with MPD, three years as an officer. He was not injured and, as is standard practice, will be placed on administrative duty during the investigation and subsequent review by the Milwaukee County District Attorneys Office.
The hoodlums are nocturnal. No rioters out right now. Only volunteers cleaning up. The NG being called was per request of Sheriff this morning.
Screwed up world.
Where’s a Tunisian in a truck when you need one?
Milwaukeestan won’t do that. They have the most impotent, leftist, Koolaid-drinking FOOL of a Mayor you’d ever want to meet!
Wonder how long before Governor Walker is blamed for this?
“Activating the National Guard is actually INCITING people to riot more!”
LOL!
Really, so the rioters rest during the day time? Ya must have missed the biggest riots in modern American history that went on 24/7 for a week in LA. One of the big causes of this was lack of an initial police response to shut it down.
We left Milwaukeestan in 1970. Our vibrant, productive city was already infested with ‘Rats by then. There was no turning back.
And this is what it has come to, now. :(
Socialists destroy everything they touch.
So maybe these rioters are merely vying for top posts in the clinton dictatorship.
Rioters trash and loot a car (WARNING-LANGUAGE):

Obama and Lynch have endorsed their murderous rampages, and have taken the sides of the black terrorists vs. the law abiding and the police.
Yup.
Bingo. Trump just got a million more votes.
Well he's the top boss in the state right? Did he call the mayor or call for them to break out the rubber rounds within the first hours of this wholesale criminal violence? Bet he didn't. It ya don't jump on this sh*t fast, it'll never end.
Everything that happens in this country, the GD corrupt politicians always blame someone else. No one takes charge anymore because these government hack are scared to death they'll lose their next GD election. End of story.
Looking sharp America.
Walker missed a chance to be the frontrunner in 2020 if Trump doesn’t win in November.
Yep, I know, I read all your posts, even though I don't reply often, Mrs. Patriot's family is from Wisconsin, and the California coast where we live was a paradise in 1970.
Socialists destroy everything they touch.
Including our paradise now a Leftist "diverse" Homo PC cesspool.
And the Socialists NEVER learn.
