They have her on a very strict diet. She’s lost weight. That’s fine if you’re healthy to begin with but months of the sort of fast weight loss diet she has to be on (kitosis) can be dangerous and exacerbate other issues. Either that or her health problems are causing the weight loss but being female and about her age I would bet on the former.
