(Reuters) – Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s lead over Republican rival Donald Trump narrowed to less than 3 percentage points, according to a Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll released on Friday, down from nearly eight points on Monday.
About 42 percent of likely voters favored Clinton, to Trump’s 39 percent, according to the July 31-Aug. 4 online poll of 1,154 likely voters. The poll had a credibility interval of plus or minus 3 percentage points, meaning that the results suggest the race is roughly even.

I guess it's which one you want to believe. These pollsters are all over the place.
I believe Reuters was the organization which doctored their polls so that Hillary would.be in the lead.
So if their own doctored polls shows the race tightening like this, then in reality Trump may be ahead...
And this is spite of the media and Obama questioning whether Trump.is fit to.hold high office, in spite of the manufactured controversies involving Trump.

We spoke to a source who works at Nate Silver’s political advocacy group fivethirtyeight.com.
RealTrueNews: “Is it fair to say that Silver is worried?”
538 Source: “In a panic. Our business model is predicated on making liberals feel better about the election. Right now? It’s a disaster.”
RTN: “So what are you doing?”
538: “Well, we’re changing the model for starters. There were a few hours when the server was showing the real projections and while traffic was pretty high, let me tell you, it was a melt-down politically.”
RTN: “What do you mean?”
538: “Well, Nate’s a liberal. No secret there. When he saw what was happening he flipped out. Had us look for bugs–something gone wrong–looking at the feeds. Of course nothing was wrong. Nothing had changed. Then he got on the phone with his people embedded with Q-Pac and Survey Monkey and PPP and all those guys–”
RTN:”Wait–embedded?”
538: “Huh? Oh, yeah–it’s a big social club. The pollsters all work together. We have a Slack-room that’s sharing all kinds of results and skews and all that. That’s how we keep it all orderly.”
RTN: “Orderly?”
538: “Sure–what? You think it’s . . . random? Come on. Who do you think pays for the polls? People who want results. You’re buying media. It’s like ads or . . . I don’t know. Like newspaper stories? You pay 30k for a poll of Florida, it says what you want.”
RTN: “But what about on election day?”
538: “Oh–we drive it. You set the expectations ahead of time. It’s called pre-loading. You’d be surprised how we can fine-tune things. Mass belief is powerful. The problem here is (a) not everyone plays nice. Fox is rogue. Rasmussen was . . . bad. They were doing real polling. Also, there’s like a game of chicken. At the start of the cycle we do real polling so that everyone knows how they better buy in. This time . . . Trump just caught us by surprise. The impact was so big–it came on so fast–Hillary just collapsed.”
RTN:”What–what happens next?”
538: “I don’t know, man. There are a bunch of smaller groups out there doing real polls. I don’t know if anyone can keep this under wraps. They had to talk Silver off the edge of the building yesterday. It was bad.”
RTN: “He was literally going to throw himself out a window?”
538: “Yeah–he was–well, but we’re on the second floor. He was just really pissed. I mean, he got a call from the White House telling him to fix it and shit.”

Donald Trump shattered the previous GOP primary record by 1.4 million votes this year — and that was with 17 candidates in the race!
Hillary Clinton received 1.5 million fewer votes this year than she did in 2008 - when she lost!
Democrats are in a panic. So leave it to the media to jump in and help their candidate. Reuters tweaked their polling methods this week to give Hillary a lead.
Reuters -Ipsos used more than 100 more Democrats in their poll to give Hillary a lead over Donald Trump. Does anyone in their right mind think DEMOCRATS will have more people voting this year than Republicans?

Yet WaPo’s Chris Cillizza says Trump had a “horrible week.”
Which is it, turdbucket? Did Trump have a “horrible week” and the poll is wrong, or did Trump make up about 15 points in a week and you’re wrong?
That’s margin of error territory, despite every deception they can pack into it.

It took us most of two weeks to be sure our calls were to all people and not just one party or an other we called Americans.. our poll is by taking registered voter lists and we accumulated 33% repub, 33% dems and 34% ind.. our poll consisted of 1000 calls per state. all 50 states. 50,000 people are in this poll not the 100 like other polls.”

They tried to make a play to define Trump as the losing crazy candidate and its not working.
Margin of error, baby. Margin of error.
Not that this helps him. That is too narrow for trump to win. The DNC can easily make up 3-4% in election fraud and STEAL the election.
Trump needs to be up 10% or more going into November to overcome the DNC election fraud. If he is up only 5% come November, then the commie Rats will steal the election from him. He needs to be way ahead of her in actuality in order to win a close one after all the DNC voter fraud.

So far as being questionable for holding high elective office, Herself has pretty much stepped up to the forefront of THAT race.
Not only doubling down, but TRIPLING down, in claiming that FBI Director James Comey gave Herself a “clean” record for “truthfulness” in testimony. Perhaps we would be better served to see just which questions Herself was NOT asked during that testimony.
The explanation that Herself underwent a “short circuit” in relation to the e-mail server functions would not work for a mail room clerk, and it certainly should not be held up as a standard for a candidate for the Presidency of the United States of America.
I have seen explanations for the effects and probable causes for that “short circuit”, and none of it augurs well for Herself. At the very least, a very serious compromise was made of Department of State secrecy policies, with several parties claiming to have rather easily hacked the full range of documents held on that server. As for WHY an unsecured server was even used in the first place, it ranges from inane to outright admission of treachery against the interests of the United States.
Herself may have many more physical and yes, mental problems than has been admitted to anyone beyond a very small circle. Herself has tried in many ways to replicate the back story of Richard Nixon before he ascended to the Oval Office, even right down to selecting a Vice-Presidential candidate that has a history of profiting from graft and payola while in office in Virginia, much as Spiro Agnew was held to account for his dealings while in Baltimore and Annapolis, Maryland.
For despising Nixon so much, Herself seems fixated upon gaining and using the Oval Office in what Herself perceives to be the manner in which she believes Nixon exploited the position. But Herself, being so much SMARTER than Nixon, would surely be able to make this work in her favor.
Ah, hubris.
