Contrary to most of the media-sponsored polls (The LA Times stands alone now calling the race a tie at last view), I agree with this one: Trump will draw in millions of voters who didn't show up to the polls before and he will beat Hillary Clinton.

I don't pretend to be a polling expert but note others who claim to be have said much the same thing using different statistical methodologies, including Yale Professor Ray Fair (economic models) and Emory University President Alan Abramowitz (presidential approval ratings), Politik.com predicts a landslide, noting in recent years the number of people voting for Democrats has dipped while the number of those voting for Republicans has risen.

Conservative Treehouse has argued along the same lines and notes that the NYT buried its own key finding that American voters are whiter than "historic leftist presentations".

In this particular case, I don’t think polls matter. It’s a race about enthusiasm. Go look at photos of arenas that she was renting in the fall of 2015 for the primary period...and throughout this spring. These were arenas built for 3,000 to 4,000 people, and she rarely had more than a thousand people show up. There are various photos out there of the half-filled buildings to hear her speak.

Go look at the arenas that Trump has rented....FULL. He generates enthusiasm.

What November is about....is people showing up to vote. Bernie would have generated the enthusiasm to get people to show up....she can’t produce that kind of enthusiasm. Trump ends up with 55 to 60 percent of the vote based on this one single dynamic. Go and look at Romney or McCain....neither one ever really generated real enthusiasm (the root failure of their campaigns in the end).

Take today’s WaPo: 1000”adults” of which 800 are “registered” -—but did they actually only take registered or mix in the adults?

The sample was D+10 but they say the registered sample was D+6 (even then too high by at least one), but for this election (vs 2012) probably too high by 3-4.

I think some people are lying to themselves.

Ask someone who is letting you know that they are voting for Hillary....what she did as a Senator or State Department chief to influence their vote. Note the silence and the thinking involved. They can’t really prove the reason for the vote....so they are lying to themselves. Note, there are only three bills that Hillary wrote over eight years as a senator....that were passed via the senate (one had to deal with the renaming of a post office, and a second one had to deal with a federally-paid road being named for some dead guy). It’s a resume that is six to eight lines long....with the first line noted: Married to Bill.

Very true Liz, I found it also noteworthy that Kaine had been under consideration for being Obama's VP in 2008, and that he actually told the Obamunist VP selection team that "if he was Obama, he wouldn't pick me, because I'm too much like him, I agree with him on virtually everything."

I believe that IF Hillary Rotten Criminal somehow made it to the White House that she would suddenly have a tragic 'health episode' resulting in either death or the 25th Amendment being applied, resulting in a true third term for Barky, in the form of Tim Kaine.

Make no mistake, Kaine is one of the most extreme and dangerous far left wackjobs out there.
