But it would have been better if Trump handed it back to the man it was awarded to. He should be buried with that medal on his chest.

During WWII in anticipation of the casualties that would mount with an invasion of Japan, FDR had a couple million Purple Hearts manufactured. But the atom bombs negated need for invasion, and the US has been trying to work off the stockpile of PHs ever since. It makes you wonder how elastic the definition of ‘wounded in action’ has become.

Wow!!! Very cool.
Considering the H*ll Trump is going through for this great country, that Purple Heart is pretty darn important. I’m sure it’s important to the veteran who earned it and very meaningful to Trump since the veteran gave it to him.

Well, we KNOW that John Effing Kerry did not receive his Purple Hearts as a result of enemy actions!
All three of them were “manufactured” due to Kerry’s ineptness!
