Washington Post/MSN ^ | 7/31/2016 | Aaron Blake

At Thursday's session of the Democratic National Convention, the party rolled out a number of Republicans who are supporting Hillary Clinton. Among them was Doug Elmets, a former Reagan administration official whom we included recently on a list of big-name GOP officials, donors and thought leaders who support Clinton. Below is the list.

Richard Armitage, Henry Paulson, Brent Scowcroft. Three big-name former George W. Bush administration officials in the past two weeks have announced that they are supporting Hillary Clinton in 2016 — all because Donald Trump is simply a bridge too far for them.

I seem to recall how in 1980 there were several Jerry Ford officials who did not like Reagan and came out for Carter! We forget how much Reagan was considered too extreme in 1980! Deja vu all over again?

The real problem is not so much they do not support Trump...I personally think that he is a very less than ideal candidate that will lose the election and may tarnish the conservative cause for years to come. But I will likely vote for him. And never would I support Hillary as a voting response to my objections to Trump.

Donald's a bridge too far, but another 4 years of a clinton communist dictatorship is fine and dandy.

Pogo to Houston......

This election will be different for many of us. Instead of the NWO Bushes, and the left of center Romney we have a candidate who speaks out and who truly believes he can get the turnaround accomplished.

Democrats, with their brand of socialism, have ruined cities and states and our nation.

The good news for me was that after a few minutes, I was able to recognize each of the 3 names listed. Which one is the household name, and what household is that?

The memory is the second thing to go, and I forget what goes first.....

Richard Armitage? He was in effect a diplomatic hitman, involved in the lowest order of treacheries. A villain’s villain. The US equivalent of Darth Vader. And every time he was about to be indicted for his actions, he would laterally transfer to a different government agency, so the old one would drop the case and the new one would have to start afresh.

His involvement in things like *sustaining* international heroin cartels, ruining peace treaties, espionage activities against our allies, you name it.

The best part is that even his biography was so fluid that nobody really knows what he was or where he comes from.

Seriously, anything this guy touches is corrupt, and not the nice kind of corruption. The kind of corruption that kills people and starts wars.

The last I heard of him, he had become part of the western equivalent of SPECTRE, the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), with such Illuminati as Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski, and other such scum.

These @ssholes are nothing more than big-government globalists who don't give a sh!t about the interests of the American people.

I had almost nothing in common with these guys when they were polluting the Bush administration. This is why I have no party affiliation at all. I am a conservative American, not a Republican.

I knew the Cheap Labor Express stooges would start to openly support Hillary once they failed to stop Trump from becoming the GOP nominee.

Speaking of the Cheap Labor Express, I wonder if Trump is aware of how badly the H1B program disadvantages American STEM workers, especially recent graduates. He could pick up several hundred thousand votes, easy, if he took a specific position here.

For those who aren't aware, the H1B program is effectively de-industrializing our knowledge base onshore. An H1B worker is trapped, often in 75 to 80 hour work weeks, because if he loses the job, he has to leave the country. And, American engineers have to compete with them in those slavish conditions, often in IT departments run by more senior foreigners who favor their own over Americans. Once the word gets around, you'll see a huge dropoff in our STEM training throughput.

Doug Elmets, Richard Armitage, Henry Paulson, and Brent Scowcroft.

But Donald Trump wasn't/isn't a real conservative because he did the same.

Not only are these men not Republicans, they are traitorous hypocrites. Richard Armitage lost my respect when he allowed Libby Scooter take the fall for something he had done. Despicable person.

Anyone that prefers that biggest crook to ever run for President over Trump are pure evil.

Getting a bit nervous that a President Trump will do what Pres. JFK was going to do after he discovered the NWO conspiracy?

And that their names/involvement will be disclosed - finally? They are all in it together -

We are at WAR with raw EVIL - for the survival of freedom -

They killed JFK right after he gave this speech

Any doubts that the Republican Party was morphing into Democrat lite are all but erased.
