Hi Radu, walking around in this heat today reminds me of.....Why in the heck am I outside when I can be inside?

It's cooled down a bit as the sunlight is fading away.

Brought a couple of Subway breakfast sammiches over to son's this AM and helped him check out his car, as he's taking a road trip to visit friends this weekend.

Just mellowing out now and FReeping.

Sounds like it was good day regardless.

The heat was back on here today so I just stayed inside until we went out for the evening.

Now keeping an eye on the radar hoping the big batch of rain to our west holds together until it gets here.

At this juncture I am not able to get down the stairs to the Back Garden. Mrs. MacNessa has been harvesting the early tomatoes. They are delicious!

Yay! More stuff out of the way! Glad you and Peg were able to get things cleaned out and ready to go.

All the heavy rain has been in the north part of the state so far. A lot of flooding up there. I’m watching a batch of rain on the radar now that MIGHT get here tonight. More forecast for us tomorrow but we’ll see.

At least y’all have goodies ripening to enjoy. There’s just nothing tastier than veggies right off the vine. YUM!

We go out every Friday evening to eat and relax with friends. One guy was out tonight we haven’t seen in weeks and it was good to see him again. He had surgery and has had to lay low for a while, but he’s ready to get back out to play again.
