I don’t care what their rationale is. They made a promise and they need to follow thru.
They set up the endorsement thing to be a problem for Trump. But, as often happens, they outsmarted themselves, and it is now a problem for them.
They need to swallow their pride and do like they committed to do.
As for Trump, he clearly holds to the LBJ reward your friends, punish your enemies school of politics. When you are dealing with dishonourable people, that is the only “persuasion” that works.

It must have been a shock to see all the people at the convention booing Cruz.. For one fleeting instant the "Never Trump" jerks saw themselves the way WE see them...boorish spoiled jerks.

Well some dude on Judge Jeanine, ? Black, said Kasich asked his Ohio team to work for Trump. I don’t know what he’s thinking.

It was Charlie Black on Judge Jeanine tonight. He said Kasich “has unleashed his organization and asked it and the state party to work for Trump.” Black added that “the state party and everybody who works for Kasich is working very hard for Trump!”
If Kasich endorses it is a good win for Trump. It reinforces him momentum. Trump will accept the endorsement, this is serious business. Emotionalism and ego have no place in it. Calls for Trump to turn down such an endorsement are ludicrous.
If it happens, it will be an epic capitulation.
Kasich, a former member of the Gang of 535, should be in federal prison with Barry, Bernie, Ted, Marco and Hillary.
TREASON against citizens of the republic.
I hope Kasich comes around and delivers The Buckeye State for Trump.
Trump has Governor Rick Scott in Florida.
PA has a donkey governor and Virginia has Clinton crony McAuliffe.
BTW, I hope Governor Scott Walker is stepping up his team in Wisconsin for Trump. It’s also good to know that RNC Chairman Reince Priebus hails from The Badger State!!

Kasich doesn’t understand that Trump takes ‘team’ on its face and men at their word.
Trump will suffer an honest mistake or two, but not unteamliness.
Kasich, Cruz and many others openly dissed our team, in Trump’s (and my) reality. That is intolerable for a leader intent on victory.

Christie, Huck and to some small extent, Rubio, saw the writing on the wall.
Carson was going to be a loyal soldier no matter what. He’s not a politician. The country is bigger than his personal feelings and he’s a great man for that.
GREAT team. Pence is the ultimate polished down home folksy statesman, Newt is brilliant, Rudy and Christie are pit bulls, and Huck can probably bring in some of his voters.
I dont love Huck, but he didn’t take the bait at the debates and bash Trump.
Wax your body, Kasich, oil it up like Condit, get your crotchless chaps on and karate chop some melons while you endorse. Otherwise no one will watch.
