Video has emerged appearing to show the gunman who shot dead at least nine people in Munich involved a furious argument with a witness, shouting “I am German!” and complaining of being bullied.
The shooter, who was found dead with a self-inflicted gunshot wound, was identified by German police as an 18-year-old with dual German and Iranian nationality. He had no criminal record.
In the footage, which was posted on Twitter, an unseen man can be heard shouting abuse at another man, who is clad all in black and pacing on the top floor of an empty car park.

German police has released his name as Ali Sonboly son of an iranian taxi driver, born and raised in Germany. I don’t think there is any connection with isis or any islamist group. The exchange in your posted article is quite revealing in itself.

Based on various news journalists and items coming out (I live in Germany)...I’d make these three observations.
First, the kid was native-born, but in a minority group like the Iranians in Germany....he likely got dumped on a good bit by German-Turks. There’s no indication....at age 19....that he’d been employed anywhere, so I could see regular Germans calling him a ‘loser’.
Second, both parents were working and trying to make a decent income. Neither was around to note that the kid was screwed-up.
Third, the Muslim gimmick will fall into play, but this was a kid with no real future and a perfect candidate for their jihad-loser game.
The thing is, if you think about this as a German....there must be several thousand of these male teens of a Islamic nature who are naturally-developed losers. So, what exactly is going to prevent other massacres? No one can answer that question.
Oddly, under the old rules, you would have been drafted and gone off to the Bundeswehr at 18, and something would have fallen into place to catch this kid and give him a different prospective in life. But over the past decade, they’ve gotten rid of the mandatory time in the German army so that’s not helping.
The article linked in #5 definitely reports witnesses (plural) said he shouted “Allahu Akbar” while shooting in the McDonalds.
The authorities do not seem able to grasp it yet, but CNN and the Daily Mail, at least, have reported it.
I read that was according an eyewitness account. But there is nothing in that recorded video exchange. I listened to the original in German as well.
These people do not need a direct connection with Isis or any group. They are able to work independently.
Sort of like Christians all over the world working independently who all start missions groups.
No one needs to tell them or finance them, they do it because it is part of their woof and warp.
Don’t look for the connections, don’t look for the why, look at the behavior and the results.

But, nothing has been found so far about his connection with any Islamist group or any accomplices. Also he had no criminal record and so far no record of attending mosques or any other connection indirectly with an Islamist group. I presume German police is still investigating.
The behavior and words of someone who calls out “Allahu Akbar” while shooting children speaks loudly enough.... except for those politically correct bozos who refuse to hear.

He was a terrorist but not ISIS as Iranians are Shia and hate Sunnis. They also hate Turks.

Just mosey on down to the local GUN STORE and BUY A GUN, in Germany - YEA RIGHT! Not a prayer - you just can’t walk in off the street in Europe and buy a gun.

There isn’t any criminal record on this kid. He didn’t apparently go off to Syria for the war. There probably is some connection to a on-line jihad group that we will learn about. The gun? No one has any idea where it came from....but probably from some black-market establishment.
If you dig to the bottom....he’s just a loser kid with no real future and an attachment to Islam...what else would you do in life? Thousands of them in Germany like this now.
