Ted Cruz humiliated himself last night and has virtually no defenders left (other than his alleged mistress Amanda Carpenter who wrote a Pro-Cruz article that Cruz retweeted.)
Take a look at what some of Ted Cruz’s own supporters posted on HIS Facebook page after he committed political suicide like a childish sore loser.

My take is, he wasn’t Bush, therefore if he gets there we should support him regardless since it was such a nasty issue made opaque by Obummer, and since Ted was the purest conservative since Reagan, or some such rationalization. I’d have gone along only to keep us from the disaster of Hillary. But I would never have liked it. That’s all I care to say about it.

It has basically been common knowledge that you have to be born here...which is why Obama went to such effort to prove he was born in Hawaii. My niece was born in Holland and has dual citizenship and the other day she said she couldn’t be POTUS because of where she was born (not that she wants to). She’s quite liberal.
Really ironic for Ted to be spouting “constitutional principles” when he himself was trying to violate one by running for POTUS when he had previously told a reporter that to be POTUS you have to be born on the soil of 2 citizen parents. This is why Lawrence Tribe called him a hypocrite.

Rush said Trump isn’t a conservative or a liberal. He is not an ideologue.
He told the lady that her vote matters and not to sit it out.
I think she was more an #alwaysCruz than a #NeverTrump.

Staunch Support for the Cruzachabra really bothered me. I supported him when he first announced, but pretty quickly jumped on the Trump Train.
I was so angry when I watched him at the breakfast with the TX Delegates this morning. He just doubled down, and dismissed the anguish, and embarrassment he brought to the TX GOP.
I heard that same audio of what Cruz said when asked about what defines NBC. How he escaped the scrutiny of that conflict I will never understand. I don’t wish restart this debate here again, unless TED comes back for smore. Then he’s going to have to face it or forget about my support.

I think Cruz’s only real principle is “I’m supposed to be President because I’m smarter than the rest of you”.
For one who spouts his religion and his principles I find him a big hypocrite...and a blatant liar.

The guy is a sold out minion of the globalist elites. He voted to end debate on TPA, which led to its passage, thus opening the door for the passage of the TPP monstrosity.
He then co-authored an article with Paul Ryan extolling the virtues of the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
That’s the sort of anti-American crap I expect from Chuck Schumer, but our (supposedly) staunchest “conservative”?
That was where I permanently parted ways with the fraud.
