John Kerry is a blithering babbling IDIOT. Air Conditioning is refrigeration. It is the exact same thing. It is a sealed system and gas used for refrigeration can be recovered at end of the units life. Refrigeration has saved likely untold hundreds of millions of lives ensuring food can be preserved for long periods of time. BTW doesn’t Lirch own a huge fuel burner he relaxes on? How do Idiots like him find positions in our government?

I’m pretty sure his yacht as a fridge. Oh, and it has “cold wine storage”. Kerry’s a fag.
Also am sure it has air conditioning which if at port, is plugged into dock electrical service and be assured the yacht also remains air conditioned while it is vacant and not in use.
I would be concerned about IS IS tampering with air systems at high profile buildings and events after this Kerry baloney.
