Wikileaks has released nearly 20,000 emails it says are from the accounts of Democratic National Committee officials.
The release could cloud the upcoming Democratic party convention, which kicks off next week in Philadelphia.
It is unclear how Wikileaks obtained the records, but the release comes weeks after a hacker (or hackers) going by the name Guccifer 2.0 began releasing records obtained through the DNCs computer systems. The hacker claims to be Romanian, but many suspect that the records were taken by a team of Russian hackers.
Guccifer 2.0 has said that they obtained DNC emails. Other documents released by the hacker(s) include internal planning memos and databases of Democratic donors

How does the DNC let this happen? Were they using the Clinton Server? You have to wonder if there will be an October Surprise of what was on the Clinton Server?
This is very ugly.

Today, Friday 22 July 2016 at 10:30am EDT, WikiLeaks releases 19,252 emails and 8,034 attachments from the top of the US Democratic National Committee — part one of our new Hillary Leaks series. The leaks come from the accounts of seven key figures in the DNC: Communications Director Luis Miranda (10770 emails), National Finance Director Jordon Kaplan (3797 emails), Finance Chief of Staff Scott Comer (3095 emails), Finanace Director of Data & Strategic Initiatives Daniel Parrish (1472 emails), Finance Director Allen Zachary (1611 emails), Senior Advisor Andrew Wright (938 emails) and Northern California Finance Director Robert (Erik) Stowe (751 emails). The emails cover the period from January last year until 25 May this year.
Putin apparently doesn’t like Hillary!...........................
This should be good.... DNC types are so stupid and corrupt that there will be lots of juicy items in this mess.
But the media says emails aren’t an issue anymore since it was decided that Secretary Clinton will not be prosecuted. Why are people being so hateful? /s
...and during it. Who in their right mind is going to subject themselves to an avalanche of lies and smug elites?
John Kasich on the roster to speak?
It’ll be all about unicorns and rainbows and that Hillary volunteers at the local homeless shelter.
Hillary shouldn’t complain about emails.
My guess is that Julian Assange asked the Clintons or Obamas for help getting out of the basement of the Ecuadorean Embassy and was rebuffed.
Revenge is a dish best served in searchable XML files.
If Putin releases Hillary’s classified emails Russian intelligence hacked, on Monday...Oh wow!!!
Better than watching the convention next week. Love that it’s released now!!
Seems that the email list could be well used to distribute some truthfulness regarding their candidate.
Whatever. There doesn’t seem to be anything significant in these releases of hacked emails.
Why would Putin release any such emails if they could be used at some future date to blackmail a President Hillary Clinton.
Email “karma” is a female dog isn’t it Hill. You thought “fate” would leave you alone because you were so all-fired “good,” didn’t you Hill. Pride goeth before destruction, doesn’t it Hill.
In the first group of emails leaked it showed the DNC had around $870K allotted for disruption of the Republican convention. Well that money was a failure.
I have to think that the post Cold War Putin would rather deal with honorable Donald, than with a loose cannon who doesn’t care. If she’d keep a loose cover on Democrat party affairs, she’d keep an equally loose cover on anything Putin wanted to tell her.
The Pantsuit is far less trustworthy than the Toupee.
Hopefully this becomes too big that even the liberal media can’t do their usual and ignore and pretend it didn’t happen.
It’s hard to imagine what sort of smoking gun email it would take to arouse the somnolent media. I mean, at this point what difference does it make?
