More than 2,000 delegates packed the Quicken Loans Arena to rally behind Donald Trump and his campaign for president. Suspense built inside and outside the arena for Trump and his daughter Ivanka Trump's speech.
The crowd chanted "USA, USA" as Trump formally accepted the nomination and went on to say safety will be restored in America.

There were maybe a couple dozen protestors.
Big deal.
Thanks Cleveland! Local and Federal law enforcement officers for a great job keeping law and order in a lawless country. Well done guys!!!
“Circus” must be the MSM’s word for the day.
Everything was great until the idiot chose Bad Company and Rolling Stones for the music. WTF? “Alright Now” and “Can’t Always Get What You Want” is strange.
Should say an idiot. Who doesn’t choose patriotic music after that?
Morning in America, Part II.
The Adults will be back in charge very soon.
I thought the same thing. Alright Now??

This is Trump’s moment right now.
I kind of think it was the part he was born to play.
The speech was so awesome and then some idiot chooses that? Cringeworthy. Republicans got to get better with music.
Ok, correction. Still wtf was the person choosing that thinking?
More fitting than Alright Now. They could play some Sinatra-he was a Republican.
Cant Always Get What You Want may have been aimed at DefenestraTED.”
I think he is best defined as “Bad Company!”

That was unfortunately one of the biggest panderfests I’ve ever seen. They had a Muslim, they had a hispanic speaking Spanish, they had a homo, they paid homage to a whole lot of women’s empowerment platitudes, they paid homage to all the liberal ideologies. It was very sad. The Republican Party has sold out on every aspect of real conservatism. It’s just another reminder how the nation has changed. It is no longer conservative because it’s people are no longer. The conservative movement is dead as best I can see.
