Jamie Kirchick, writing in the Los Angeles Times, asks readers to imagine a military coup against a future President Donald Trump and argues why one would be necessary. Kirchick cites the example of the recent failed coup in Turkey as a source of inspiration: Americans viewing the recent failed coup attempt in Turkey as some exotic foreign news story the latest, violent yet hardly unusual political development to occur in a region constantly beset by turmoil should pause to consider that the prospect of similar instability would not be unfathomable in this country if Donald Trump were

So, suddenly the Left admires the military??
The last stage of grief of acceptance.
They know Trump will win and its slowly seeping into the liberal media narrative.
Why should you be afraid, those sh!tstains die just as easy as anybody else, probably easier.
Yep...the left has taken off the mask. Too bad she doesn’t understand coups.....if it fails, she’ll be decorating a lamp post.
The fact that we have not had a coup attempt against Obama (that i’m aware of) makes the title of this thread SO LAUGHABLE!!!
Before the end of January President Trump needs to fire every officer from O-7 on up. All the stars have to go. They all were Zero’s. They all go. Plenty of O-6s. Everybody gets to move up.

Does Obama have a Private Army ?
And that militia should be meeting once a month or so for drills and training classes. The "Militia of One" theory is nice, but there is strength in numbers.
Just getting to know your armed neighhbors would be a big help when trouble erupts.
What a laugh. The military loathes Obunghole and Cankles.
Reeks of desperation.
Then why do the Dems always lose the military’s votes and make it so difficult for them to vote?
And, why did they disarm the soldiers in the military base in Afghanistan when Obama showed up for a photo op?
Why would anyone assume that the military would be against any of the things that Trump proposes?
