After reading the comments, I am of the opinion that most Freepers are acting as if they are just schills for the MSM. All you do is swallow everything the MSM tells you about Cruz. No where, NO WHERE, is there on piece of evidence that Cruz will not endorse Trump.

Cruz said last week he would endorse Trump, and nothing has changed. Tonight he will do so just as Reagan did. If trump loses to Hillary, Cruz will be back in 2000, but I believe Trump will win in a landslide.

Get over your animosity from the mean spirited primary and focus your hate on Hillary. Ted will endorse and he will campaign for Trump. That is why he was given the prime time spot on Wednesday the day before Trump takes center stage on Thursday.

Sheesh, you people are acting like a bunch of angry snots. Cruz did what Reagan did, he waited for the convention to endorse and he fought all the way within the rules.

Some day you will ‘see’ who the angry snots literally are... Ted Cruz is foreign born and his parents did NOT bestow upon him ‘natural born’ US citizenship. God does NOT like people who do not care about their birthrights. Check out what God had to say about Esau. And obviously Cruz's pappy preacher got the wrong prophecy when he claimed Cruz would be president.

Ted Cruz made a name for himself at Harvard Law School, claiming he followed the ‘original intent’ of the Constitution.... Our Constitution has NOT been changed that makes the foreign born ‘natural born’ US citizens... We do not need another Harvard Law Schooled lawyer as Commander-in-Chief.. IF you consider Ted Cruz ‘constitutionally’ eligible, then every one of Obama and lying Paul Ryan's newly imported refugees are every bit as eligible to hold the office of president as is Ted Cruz... DO NO MESS WITH OUR CONSTITUTION, especially claiming it is in the name of GOD!!!!

And there is absolutely nothing conservative about Ted Cruz's VAT tax plans... He is a fake and not one thing like Ronald Reagan.

‘Cruz said last week he would endorse Trump,’

Actually, Cruz said he was still evaluating whether or not he could endorse Trump.

Yup. I'm not sure how some think that Trump would give Cruz the prime time spot to speak, if Cruz wasn't going to endorse him. But I guess AP says so, so it must be true.

“All you do is swallow everything the MSM tells you about Cruz. No where, NO WHERE, is there on piece of evidence that Cruz will not endorse Trump.”

Look, I hope you’re right about the second half of your comment: that Ted will come through with a ringing endorsement for Trump.

But those of us who doubt it have every reason to do so. Cruz’s behavior between the time it became clear that he could not win (months ago) and now, was potentially damaging to the conservative cause (beating the democrat).

The fact that Cruz’s behavior did not hurt Trump and did not hurt the cause, is no thanks to Cruz, it is a testimony to Trump’s strength and clarity that he is prevailing despite the sabatage which Cruz has actively and passively supported.

I don’t see how doubting Cruz’s support makes one a MSM shill by any stretch of the imagination and comparisons to RR in 1976 are disingenuous. I knew RR and Ted Cruz is no RR.

Still, I hope my doubts do turn out to be unfounded and that Cruz comes through with a belated endorsement, and can muster at least the appearance of enthusiasm for the ticket.

We’ll see.

“Cruz said last week he would endorse Trump, and nothing has changed.”

I’m sorry, but Ted is a day late and a dollar short. He should have endorsed Trump as soon as it became mathematically clear that he would be the nominee.

His refusal to do so, since leaving the race, has only given fuel to the NeverTrumps, and has acted as a tacit approval of their treasonous machinations.

I don’t care what he says tonight. I won’t believe a word that comes out of the worm’s mouth.

I had not heard that he said last week he would endorse Trump. Do you have link or can you recall where you read this?
