Yeah; MI definitely didn’t have to pass when they did in order for NY to do its thing. That was weird. Was it really a spite thing? Why are they so pissy?
I do recall in other conventions when several states in a row passed to get around to the candidate’s home state. Not this time — PA just “deferred’. Cool. Saved a ton of time.
