We know Trump’s character and we’ve seen his works. He gets things done. If he acted like a spoiled child, well, then, I’d say that someone was disrespecting him and going against his wishes. Proof is now that the dude is bad mouthing Trump because he didn’t get his way when writing the book.
Another thing, if it weren’t for Trump, 100% of the book would not have been written.

I so agree Cruz should be jerked from the speaking schedule.
Agreed, Cruz is toxic to the voters that are driving Trump's cross-over appeal so his being onstage will repel more voters than it would ever appease.
I wouldn't put it past Cruz to try to alienate Independents by hammering on some hot-button social issue
