Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich may not have been Donald Trump's choice as a running mate, but he said Sunday that he's not disappointed--and that he'd still be happy to serve in Trump's administration.
"I would certainly serve with the president, preferably in a position that he and I would work out," Gingrich said on CBS' "Face the Nation..."

Gingrich also explained why he recently referred to Trump as a "pirate..." "This is a guy who is going to be different -- if you want to break up the corrupt bureaucratic, incestuous system of Washington, you had better have somebody who has a very strong personality and who's very willing to get in fights," he said. "You're not going to get some nice pleasant corporate bureaucrat to come to this city and dramatically change it..."

Understand. He was my Congressman, BTW. I don’t want him in control of policy, but I wouldn’t mind him in an obedient control roll in execution of (voter desired) policy.
I would prefer John Bolton for SecState for these reasons: 1) He is very qualified and he will be a strong figure representing our country. 2)His appointment as Sec State would make every Progressive’s head explode, simultaneously.

Rubio at State. He could deemphasize Europe and turn our attention to South America where there could still be hope after the Castros and Madruo. Independence for Puerto Rico to set off freedom movements worldwide and get the Brits out of the Falklands as per the Monroe Doctrine. Last, dump all the foreign criminals on uninhabited Caribbean islands. Let the sharks eat them if they try to swim away.
