Thousands of protesters have taken to the streets to confront the military after it announced it had take control of the country from the Government of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. This is the dramatic moment a tank commander is dragged from the turret by angry Turkish protesters after a military coup has left the country in chaos.

What bothers me is, usually for a coup to succeed, the first thing that needs to happen is kill the leader. The fact that Erdogan is still breathing doesn’t bode well.
