PLUMES of black smoke have engulfed the Eiffel Tower amid ongoing chaos in France.

Hundreds have died at the hands of muslims and there was no response. Nothing much after Charlie Hebdo, the Bataclan massacre, the attempted train murders thwarted by off-duty American soldiers, the muslim riots ten years ago, or even to prevent the no-go zones from millions of muslims ruining their cities. Just hand-waving and pretending it's not there.

The "civilized" parts of modern Europe have totally suppressed the instinct for self-preservation - not after the 7/7 bombings, not after the train bombing in Spain, not after the rape attacks in Germany, not the invasion of over 1,000,000 young muslim men, or in Brussels where the 25% muslim population harbors terrorists. Hundreds already dead from muslims and the response is to agitate against racism.

Muslims are a highly protected class so the only crackdown will be on normal people who want to enjoy safety in their own country.

I bet they already have screeds drawn up blaming "right-wing extremists whose evil rhetoric makes poor innocent muslims feel left out of our racist society because of their irrational fear of terrorist attacks that are completely unrelated to the butifel religion of peace, (bless their souls wish I could trade 10,000 clockboys for every christian taliban conservanazi....)" to pre-empt any wrongthink.

I think you misunderstood my post.

I replied to:

“The State Department issued a warning back in May for Americans to stay away from tourist attractions in Paris.”

I visited there as a tourist last month.

Yeah - it took me a moment to get that you were there as a tourist.

About 8 years ago I met an older gentleman (upper 80’s I suppose). I noted his anchor tattoo and said “I’m guessing you were in the Navy - World War II?”

“Yep.”

Then his wife chimed in “He drove a Higgin’s boat.”

“Oh - the landing craft!”

The old guy was surprised I knew that - “Oh - you’ve heard of them?”

Then his wife chimes in again “Henry was at D-day!”

Henry looked at his wife with a bit of a glare. He obviously didn’t want to talk about it.

I just got up and shook his hand (again) and thanked him for his service.

“So - you said your grandchildren are going to visit. Where are they from?”

I’m glad that your visit was less eventful!
