The campaign has said a decision has not been made. The media is saying that it is Pence. I have a few concerns about Pence and thought I would voice them because, according to the campaign, they said Trump still has to make a decision.
These are two tweets already dug up by the press on Pence:
Governor Mike Pence Verified account @GovPenceIN
Trade means jobs, but trade also means security. The time has come for all of us to urge the swift adoption of the Trans Pacific Partnership
And:

Calls to ban Muslims from entering the U.S. are offensive and unconstitutional.
The other day he gave an interview and was asked about Trump's wall. He refused to say directly he was for the wall; he just said he is for Trump:

Per InfoWars:
While Trump has promised to build a wall, Pence has been savaged by respected conservatives like Pat Buchanan and Phyllis Schlafly for advocating stealth amnesty in the form of a guest worker program.
While Trump has campaigned against job-killing foreign trade deals, Pence vehemently supports NAFTA, CAFTA, and the TPP.
Pence voted for the Iraq war and opposed a withdrawal date even after it became apparent that U.S. involvement in the country was a disastrous policy.

CNN said last night that it was down to Christie and Pence. Trump's gut was giving ups Christie, and his family, Manafort, and supposedly establishment conservatives like Paul Ryan wanted Pence.
Trump is the man who has to work with this guy every single day. Christie and he have done so throughout the campaign. Christie bucked the establishment and endorsed him early, has been 100% loyal, has never said a bad word to the media, and he has supported Trump's campaign to the detriment of his NJ poll numbers. He also would do well in the debate and be Trump's attack dog. You might get from this that I'm a big Christie fan. I'm not. I just think that if these are our two options and if Trump's gut was telling him that, maybe that's where he should have gone.
I will support Trump regardless of who he puts on the ticket. Bottom line. My concerns are merely that Trump's VP stands firmly behind him, doesn't criticize him to the media, and agrees with Trump on policies.
If Pence is against the ban on muslims, then he is not suitable as a VP. Hillary will win.
For the record, I wanted Sessions as VP or Santorum. Only one was under consideration, so Sessions was my pick. I’m not saying that Pence will be a weight on the ticket. I just think it will be easier for Trump if someone is in full agreement with his goals.
What dates?
Trump is not anti trade. He is for trade that takes care of us interests.
Trump called for a suspension until we can find out what is going on
Who cares what pence tweeted before?
That is NOT the kind of VP we need! NO NO NO NONONONO!
So?
Who’s going to be the ‘boss’...??.....TRUMP or Pence?
Reagan picked Bush (not a wise choice in hindsight), but Reagan has been everyone’s ‘GOLD STANDARD’.
Who do you think is more a conservative?.... BUSH or PENCE?
Sessions is my top pick by far, but the stuff he said about the KKK and calling a black man “boy” is far more explosive than anything Pence has said. The race thing is the MSM’s red meat right now. I can see the headlines: “Trump finally finds someone more racist than himself!”
TPP Tweet was from 2014, so it is possible he has changed his mind, although infowars claims he hasn’t.
The Muslim ban Tweet occurred in December.
I only care because Trump needs someone who will support him 100%. The guy is getting hit from all angles.
Right, if Obama can “evolve” so can Pence.
The reason I don’t buy that?
Because during his press-conference in which he capitulated, he acted like a scared, whimpering puppy, and gradually devolving further into a jellyfish. Cowtowing into a blob of sweat. The appearance, the countenance, the mannerism, itself conveyed “100% surrender.” Not a strong, tactical retreat.
All this after a few days of media-driven pressure, courtesy the homo-fascists. Again, I have nothing but abject contempt for the guy.
That would be Pence well over GHW Bush
He's not 'my' first choice, but yet again, neither I nor YOU are running for President, so TRUMP has my benefit of the doubt on this.
I have never heard those quotes from Sessions, but I can see where the media would go. The thing is that people are saying that we need a stalwart like Sessions in the Senate. So there is a silver lining he didn’t get picked. From interview quotes I saw of Sessions, I never really got the feeling he wanted it. Do I think he would do it if asked? Yes, but I think he’s content in just staying in the Senate and advising Trump.
I don’t want Pence!
Still voting for the ticket he will be on, correct?
Hell, I would PICK Ivanka (I don't care if she's married).
Pence is against most of what Trump outlined. WTH?
I thought you got the zot.
Sorry to disappoint you, still here!
I’m in Texas, so my vote is rather moot. I wanted somebody who’d offset some of the wariness I still feel towards Trump. Trump represents my political stances MUCH moreso than any other candidate in a generation. I should be his biggest booster, because I’m all in line with everything from the populist revolt against the establishment, to the breaking of the cultural stranglehold of PC, and so far, Trump has been the only one to even make a dent in this. Yet there remains some skepticism because of my doubts over his background, character, and personality. And ultimately his sincerity. Doubts which are further fueled by his weakenss on social issues.
I was hoping for someone that would make me feel more confident towards the ticket. Pence does the exact opposite for me. A true enthusiasm-killer.
