A Dairy Queen employee was arrested in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in December after spitting on a police officer’s hamburger.
Elijah Johnson later admitted he had several diseases.
Elijah Johnson was arrested on Sunday.

A bond has been set for a man who is accused of spitting on a Baton Rouge Police Officer’s hamburger. Police say the incident happened just after 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Dairy Queen in the 3400 block of Sherwood Forest.
According to a police report, a Lieutenant with the Baton Rouge Police Department ordered a hamburger at the restaurant. When he received his hamburger, he noticed a clear substance on top of the bun. He then realized that the substance resembled saliva.
The officer notified the manager who reviewed camera footage of the incident.
According to police, the suspect was seen in the video grabbing the hamburger bun off of the rack and attempting to back out of view of the cameras. When the suspect believed he was out of view, he lifted the burger to his mouth for a brief moment and then returned to the hamburger making station where he placed the bun on the hamburger and wrapped it up.
Police arrested the employee, 21-year-old Elijah Johnson.
Johnson originally provided police with a false name and date of birth. When Johnson finally gave his real name and date of birth, they found that Johnson had an outstanding warrant through the Baton Rouge Constables Office.

Cops are big boys, perfectly capable of taking care of themselves. Sooner or later there will be an FOP approved list of restaurants, and the cops will use CI funds to pay someone to act as “quality control” in the grill area.

Psalm 73 has a warning about where this eventually goes. “Cast down to terrors.” I wouldn’t be too surprised to see BLM eventually devouring him.
You also don’t go picking fights if you’re smart. Go to the Steak-n-Shake or get your own jolly food.

In today’s political climate, I fear you’re right. I wonder if they’re going to check him for those diseases he said he had......if any come back positive for a communicable disease he should be charged and sent to prison.

Agreed! I would buy stuff from a supermarket or 7/11 or make sammiches at home to take on my beat.
Bet all those diseases fall under the ADA and they can’t fire him for it. Check this link.

I agree about the robots. I also agree with any segregation they want to do.
As for their request for no more police - I agree with that too, for their areas. It doesn’t make sense to pay taxes to police a population that doesn’t want to be policed. The officers will be relieved as well.
Define a “no go zone” or 911 “do not respond zone” for police and let them go for it !
This makes me sick, literally. Cops can’t even eat out with confidence anymore.
