A Dairy Queen employee was arrested in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in December after spitting on a police officer’s hamburger.
Elijah Johnson later admitted he had several diseases.
Elijah Johnson was arrested on Sunday.

A bond has been set for a man who is accused of spitting on a Baton Rouge Police Officer’s hamburger. Police say the incident happened just after 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Dairy Queen in the 3400 block of Sherwood Forest.
According to a police report, a Lieutenant with the Baton Rouge Police Department ordered a hamburger at the restaurant. When he received his hamburger, he noticed a clear substance on top of the bun. He then realized that the substance resembled saliva.
The officer notified the manager who reviewed camera footage of the incident.
According to police, the suspect was seen in the video grabbing the hamburger bun off of the rack and attempting to back out of view of the cameras. When the suspect believed he was out of view, he lifted the burger to his mouth for a brief moment and then returned to the hamburger making station where he placed the bun on the hamburger and wrapped it up.
Police arrested the employee, 21-year-old Elijah Johnson.
Johnson originally provided police with a false name and date of birth. When Johnson finally gave his real name and date of birth, they found that Johnson had an outstanding warrant through the Baton Rouge Constables Office.

She was absolutely correct. It wasn't until I traveled to Spain that I realized I hadn't wasted 3 years in school learning Spanish. It wasn't me, it was the Mexicans and Central Americans I was exposed to who couldn't speak it but that's all I ever heard and tried to understand. Going to Spain was like flipping a fluency switch in my head.
Some times street justice beat downs should be legal.

What I hate to see, is the bible being quoted for what are basically excuses to stick in humanity’s fallen mud. “Vengeance is Mine; I shall repay” is the divine promise, and God knows when to do it and how and will even arrange the circumstances in which it occurs.
In our immediate political situation, it is strange because Barack Obama is at the helm and he has very weird ideas. But to try to keep up the “normal” notions of law and order is the best worldly answer. The National Guard may be needed.
Technically, the language is Castillan. Spain is made up of several different distinct nations, not unlike Great Britain.
If you speak Spanish in Barcelona, and they know you’re from Spain, they will not talk to you unless you speak Catalan.

Why anyone would eat ANY fast-food besides CFA is beyond me. Heck there are 3 within a couple miles of me.
When it’s associated with civil unrest, many insurance policies won’t cover it. So you become known as the cop who forced that McDonald’s or whatever completely out of business, because they were caught between a civil rights rock and a hard place anyhow. Don’t expect too many to rise up and call you blessed for that.
In fact I even know that you were, and I were, when we were born. It wasn’t until later that Jesus reversed this path.

We have been given some degree of common sense by our Creator. I think He expects us to use it.
God has given us laws on how to conduct ourselves. Some aren't willing to play by the rules. There are consequences for the actions.
