He didnt, she lied, he was also stopped because he fit the description of a convenience store robber from the day before. She lied and five cops died.

He could have had an out of state one for all we know. Its a permit to carry responsibly, not act irresponsibly.
Now to be fair, the BCA and the PD are making the same stupid mistake Chief Tom Jackson in Ferguson did by not providing information.

She lied about being stopped for a broken tail light, she may have driven the get away car in the robbery too. The dead guy was wearing the same clothes seen in the video of the robbery.

This is a very special permit that people claim it exists even though nobody has actually seen it or even admitted that it was issued. Does it have the name “Barack Obama” on it? His paperwork is at the same level of credibility.

except an out of state is only good for that state and any states which might be connected by THEIR law ..

Every time I mention my CCW permit on FR, one or more people tell me that a CCW permit is unnecesary since the 2nd Amendment is THEIR permit to carry.
It isn't new. The pandering in the early BLM objections has emboldened them. It has NEVER been okay to have protests that blocked roads, intersections, and access to buildings or caused any level of damage or injury.
Yeah. its clear this guy was a criminal. There is no way he could have a legal permit. He was saying that so he could get his gun out of his pocket and trained on the officer to threaten or kill him.
This is clear now.
I’m still upset about there being a child in the car though. That really raises my heartrate. Police are trained for trigger control and the officer did an OUSTANDING job of keeping his cool and continuing “the book” after the trigger pull. He deserves commended and his instructors do as well.
The officer needed to get a better angle though. That kid in the backseat was within 20 degrees of the muzzle. My heart still skips thinking about it.
We all know, also, that that kid is going to grow up to kill people. After this, and his mom that’s a guarantee.
But he never caused his momma no problems.

Didn’t I read elsewhere that this, ‘Pillar of the Community’ had 30+ arrests already in his short, sad, sorry, misspent life?
They need to arrest his Baby Mama or whoever she is. Grrrr!
